I've had no problem with the service out here in Caledonia ny. They have nice people doing their job, they pick up about the same time every Thursday. They put thr toter back off in the grass. So keep up the good work and Thanks

North of Seattle. Show up every week. Maybe Miss a pickup if we get sudden snow. I’m single use the smallest trashcan available and only have it picked up once a month to reduce my rate. Rates have gone up considerably in the last several years, but what’s the alternative? I’m not driving 5 miles to the transfer station ever monthI just received a new calendar and instructions on the recycling rules.

This company is AWFUL!!! I do not like them at all. They didn’t pick up my trash a couple of times saying that it was too far from the curb which it wasn’t. I was told that they were unable to reach drivers in case of a situation. I don’t understand that. The drivers also leaves trash on the ground after emptying and won’t pick it up to put it in the back of the trash truck. Just lazy at this point. I’m currently looking for another trash company whom I’m praying is far better than this one.

No complaints. Rarely a missed pick up. On time pick up done neatly with minimum noise. Only thing that bothers me is the price even if I do get the senior discount. Prices doubled overnight & is becoming unaffordable for people on a fixed income.

They have not missed a pickup in two years The drivers are friendly and courteous Even to the point of helping to make sure the po k up meets the criteria for the pickup The dispatch always give a quick and concise explanation of what they can and cannot pickup.

I gave up long ago trying to call when there was an issue. However, the online service works well, and the service is 99% of the time great. The recent change in the pickup schedule could have been better communicated.
I'd give WM in Santa Fe an A-.

When they pick up my trash, the trucks hardly make any noise at all. I'm not even aware when they are here. I only know when I check my trash bins and they are empty.

I’ve been a customer of Waste Management for decades. Our pick up driver is wonderful. Anytime I’ve called Customer Service it’s been fine (too much transfer here, transfer there). They’ve always been pleasant & helpful. The rate increases are ridiculous, but I just contact them and they give me a better rate.

I am not sure where the people live that have expressed their service as being poor. My service for the most part has been very good. I have very rarely experienced missed pick-ups, and the times that I have had that happen, the pick up service has been the very next day. I am very happy with their service.

The gentleman who services us is exceptional.

So far so good. I’ve been a customer for only a short while time, so far I’m very pleased.

My pick up guy is great but I do not appreciate the raising of my bill without notifying me very disappointed

I don’t know why people give Waste Management poor ratings. I have called them so many times while living in Indian River County, and every time they pick up the phone and they are so helpful. I had to schedule a pick up for my neighbor as she’s bedridden and they actually came a few days early to pick it up. I’ve always had excellent waste pick up service with this company. Five stars and I would give them 10 if I could!

I have no complaints about Waste Management. Pick up is always on time and they take everything I put by the curb. I highly recommend them

Excellent service and prompt and efficient when calls were made requesting extra services. Easy to have dealt with in all respects.

Our trash pick up driver always goes above and beyond. Our elderly neighbor had difficulty walking, our driver would always bring up his receptacles to the garage door for him. Awesome, if it was a windy day, and there was recyclables blowing around, he would stop and pick them up either put them in his truck or in the recycle bins. What a great guy.

It was easy requesting an upright freezer home pickup. I entered the type appliance on the WM website, received instructions to ensure the freon was evacuated/depleted from the appliance and the door was secured to prevent easy opening, how to place the freezer at curbside and not in the street, and the date of pickup. As expected, the freezer was picked up by WM on the assigned date.

Waste Management has been reliable and professional. The communication as to holiday pickup or other news is informative and timely. Customer care is great, too!
