The site is incredibly bulky and not intuitive. The app is slow and buggy. Theres only 140 characters available for the dress code. Settings exist in too many places. The rsvp process isnt transparent specifically with plus ones.

WithJoy platform is SO great with my experience planning a Wedding. I would 10/10 recommend!

Everything has been great, organized well. the only thing that i’ve been upset about and it’s been difficult for me to navigate is simply putting a link to my registry’s that are outside of the website . I don’t want to sync it and let joy to connect to it, I just want there to be a link to take people to the actual registry website outside of joy. to me, that’s just so much easier . I don’t want any more instructions. I know .

Hello, I thought the app was users friendly, accessible and free of charge which was nice 👍. The only thing was that, when entering guests names manually the computer doesn't generate it. Otherwise everything else was brilliant.

This site Joy help us tremendously. Planning a wedding is really exhausting but having already a template of invitation, information for guess and much more make easy everything. Thanks Joy

Do not use this company to book your hotel! I booked and paid for a hotel months in advance via WithJoy and they didnt pay the hotel. WithJoy caused me untold stress - and added hefty commission to room price. DON'T USE THEM!

First time using rover and very happy with our experience! Katie made sure our dogs had daily exercise and lots of cuddles. Was also very happy to come home to a clean yard/house!

It’s a great site where you can organize your wedding and what makes it great is it’s completely free, since weddings nowadays are so expensive, you don’t have to worry about paying for this app!

I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. I made hotel reservations for a wedding 3 months out. I quickly realized that I had booked for the wrong dates and tried to cancel my reservations within 15 minutes. When I then tried to correct my reservations, I was told that my deposit of $464 was non-refundable and my reservations could not be reinstated. If I wanted to have accommodations I would have to make new reservations and pay again. So this company was willing to keep my money, not provide any service, and showed no flexibility or compassion. Interestingly enough, when I called the hotel directly, they had no problem with reinstating my reservation and said they had not been contacted to rectify my problem.

Disgusting customer service.
I booked a premier inn for a family wedding, only to fund out the in is permanently closed.
Now I can't get a refund when it's not my fault. No one from Joy Travel are prepared to help me.

Joy makes creating a wedding website smooth and easy. I love that the interface is very user-friendly! We also love the various, customizable Save the Dates and Invitations! We will be recommending Joy to anyone who asks!

We booked a hotel thru them but made a mistake booking it a night early, and tried to change it 2 weeks out. They have no phone help. An AI chat bot said someone would chat us tomorrow (now today), but that never happened. We got 1 email (after repeated tries on my part) that said they would be with us soon. so far, nothing- total on room is 280.00. Hotel cannot help us either. Boo
update: They did respond to this review, so I still have some hope and will post a new review if the reservation gets changed.

Easy to use wedding website with loads of features, we found the guest tracker to be the most useful part for us. Not totally sure how much our guests actually used the website itself but it made it easy to send out save the dates and collect contact details for the proper invites.

Only thing is I wish they partnered with more options for wedding gift registries, our guests found it a bit tricky to get to ours.

Mohd was very quick and efficient when dealing with me. They responded straight away and solved the probably while sending me a screenshot to help direct me to the right place. Very pleased with this service!

Quick response time, kind, patient, and even pulled up my actual website to try to better assist me in the issue I was having (rather than a generic troubleshooting). I am so grateful! An overall great experience. Thank you!
