I have been a long time customer of Wine Spies but I had an issue with my last order of wine. The tremendous heat wave ruined my wine. I was really frustrated but the level of customer service that I received was outstanding. Agent Moscato was the best. The communication was fantastic and they made me feel really supported. I felt like they really valued me as a customer and they helped to keep me happy as a customer for life. Keep up the great work!

grabbed a mixed case off Wine Spies a few weeks ago after seeing the deal, six bottles from a winery i'd never heard of and they were all drinkable, a couple were really good. shipping was cheaper than i expected and it got here in about a week. already looking at the next drop they posted.

Can find some pretty pretty good deals on wine spies—especially if you love Napa cabs. Fortunately, it’s not always cabs and there is some variety to go around. I found a Beaujolais I quite liked through them from a Napa transplant, but like most bottles from wine spies, it was sold out by the time I was able to try it. Enter Agent Moscato to the rescue, who was able to find a few more bottles for me. Excellent customer service! Cannot recommend wine spies enough!

Wine Spies is my favorite wine company. I love the opportunity to try new wines without having to commit to multiple bottles or an entire case. Reasonable prices with great wine selections. I had an issue with a broken bottle in my shipped locker due to a delivery issue, and Agent Moscato promptly responded and replaced my bottle. All wine lovers should be Wine Spies agents!!

One of the two Lockers (cases) failed to be delivered and was returned to you. "Agent Blanc" did a great job on replacing and reshipping the case.

Your website functionality needs some TLC.

Wine spies has provided me with some outstanding values over the years. Wines that I'd normally never be able to afford show up regularly. The free shipping of a full locker is a huge draw as I've balked at some of the shipping costs wineries charge. If there are any issues, Wine Spies agents always engage us operatives in a timely and friendly manner. Wine Spies has provided me with a way to collect wine that is immediately drinkable but also wine that is age worthy. I will continue with Wine Spies for the foreseeable future.
