I trusted them, until they told me, "Sorry, database update optimization; data from before 2025 can no longer be queried." When I tried to retrieve the keys for licenses I had purchased over the years—needed to reactivate Office after reinstalling it on my laptop—I was told that nothing prior to 2025 is accessible anymore.
I lost three licenses for each machine.
A total disappointment.

scamming people long term
I purchased a Windows 10 license from Whokeys, but the activation key was only accessible through my account and was never provided to me directly. Years later, they deleted the order due to their retention policy, leaving me without access to something I already paid for. Support refuses to restore the key or provide a refund, which is completely unacceptable.

Purchased two keys back in late 2025
Purchased two keys back in late 2025. Both keys gave activation issues. I did not have chance to reach them out at that time. I wanted to give them another try and they failed again. I explained the situation in their chat and provided screenshots. In response, I was told "I should have activated keys in one week and they cannot provide support after so long". Also told "but please remember:This product can only activate once, the activated product can be used all the time but does not support reinstallation and update. And， Replacing the motherboard, hard disk, or memory card will cause the key to become invalid, and you need to buy a new key. You need to use the key as soon as possible after purchasing it" I thought these keys were permanent and good for lifetime. In return they offered a 30% discount code. Seriously? Instead of standing by with their service they tell me to purchase again. Total BS!

This is a SCAM
First the web logs me out from the guest account I used to buy the key, then they didnt help me at all because I dont have the order number, not even because I show them the proof of payment...
3 emails in 3 days and all the answer were the same "we need the order numer" dah that was the probem at first place...

The Office 2024 key was sent to me in an instant and it worked flawlessly, but installing office LTSC was a pain. I suggest the whokeys team to make a video guide on how to install the right Office pack, in order to make the key work.
