Everything went well. The product was as described and arrived well packaged and on time.

I like that they had an item I couldn’t find anywhere else. The delivery was pretty quick. One thing I would like improved is that I didn’t see an option for direct delivery to my address, so I had to choose a pick-up point.

16/12/2024 , STILL no resolution. I have received a returns label but with no confirmation of whether it is prepaid or not. I dont need the hassle or embarrassment of taking these boots to a post office , to find i have to pay for return postage......

I ordered size 12 Magnum boots. My boots came in a size 12 labeled box ...BUT the boots were actually size 11 ... With sticky labels saying size 12 , stuck on the manufacturer labels inside the boots. Although the Welkit representative has been very polite,it's been a week since my last enquiry on how my complaint is progressing. Meanwhile , I'm wearing worn out boots to work ,with no more communication from Welkit who apparently had to contact their supplier before my query can progress. Not a happy customer ! At the very least I would have expected a correctly sized pair of replacement boots to be sent out to me , with a prepaid label to return the incorrectly sized boots. I'm on my feet all day. Plus driving. My knees and back are now aching from using old boots. Disappointed as I ordered gear from Welkit because of price and decent reviews. My bad luck to be the disappointed, frustrated Customer. If kit is incorrectly sent by the supplier... It is NOT the Customer's hard luck to wait for what is convenient for the company they purchased from.... Will not be using this company again. To make it worse , I was bombarded with marketing emails.
