I am writing this review after completely losing patience with this broker’s systemic failure, lack of communication, and poor customer service.
I purchased a vehicle through them that turned out to be severely faulty and deliberately mis-sold by the dealership. An independent garage confirmed the engine was terminal and that the dealer would have known this prior to sale, leading me to formally reject the vehicle.
What followed has been a total disaster:
Failure to Process Rejection: They failed to inform the finance company of my formal rejection, wasting nearly two weeks until I took it upon myself to contact the finance provider directly to initiate the unwinding process.
Appalling Customer Care: Communication completely ceased in late May. Furthermore, when calling for updates, I was spoken to in a disgusting manner by a member of staff. My complaint regarding this behavior was completely ignored.
Missed Regulatory Deadlines: They have completely failed to address the issues within standard regulatory timeframes—over 70 days have passed since the initial rejection, with zero resolution or update.
Because of their negligence, I have been left paying finance on an unusable vehicle while being dragged through endless delays. The matter has now been escalated to senior management, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and legal advisors to recover all payments, interest, and costs.
Avoid using this company—if anything goes wrong with your vehicle, you will be left on your own.

The process was flawless and effortless thanks to Luke. It was personal, professional and very thorough. I was very firm on the models I was looking at to give me and my family the absolute best for a family car. He understood the assignment and I ended up with a very good car in pristine condition suited to what I needed for my family. Was a pleasure dealing with Luke throughout the process and wish him all the very best.

Was told car would be ready Thursday then Friday then told I could collect Monday rang dealer told me I could collect travel 2 hrs almost by train an it wasn’t ready so stressful never again

NO THEY DONT. they don’t finance any car but just the ones the finance companies use want. No matter who you call they are all brokers and use the came company’s. I tried a few and 3 of them with different names I got the same Hannah trying to help. If you are after a £4000 car they will push you to get one for more. Under £4000 they are not bothered about it. I also wanted a 2014 and they said yes but then after going through all the rigmarole of it they said to find one newer. I waster loads of time for nothing.

Absolutely disgusting practices by this so-called company. I picked a car, they paid the dealer but unfortunately I changed my mind on the car. The dealer returned the funds, and this COMPANY lied to me for nearly 2 weeks telling me they’d returned the funds to Moneybarn. Moneybarn didn’t have the money for well over a week. The dealer sent me proof that he’d returned it to them. They even blamed the dealer when it was THEM who hadn’t returned the funds. They obviously wanted to keep their commission. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was dealing with Karan and this is my first time financing a car. He was always incredibly professional whilst remaining very friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly and was incredibly responsive with all my questions and requests. Highly recommend ⭐️
