Purchased a X7 Pro max , bad black pixels brand new out of box and not accepting returns
Purchased a X7 Pro max , there was issues in display pixels black on top left side of screen in a brand new device , and they are not ready to refund or return the device they just ask to be their repairman buy tools and fix it yourself.
Bad experience, shouldn't have bought it from this place , they don't honor returns just sell and forget.

Projector is rubbish change lens glass still got shadows this product is going in the bin would not purchase any wanbo product again and would not recommend to my enemies.

Receive a faulty set, was expecting a new replacement but was sent the motherboard and asked me to strip open and repair it myself ! Told them I don’t know how to repair it and insist they sent me a replacement but after 2 months , nothing changes

Great customer support and step-by-step guidance
Excellent experience with Wanbo’s after-sales team. They sent me the internal fan replacement part and included a very helpful video tutorial explaining the whole repair process. Thanks to their clear instructions, replacing the part was easy and my projector is back up and running. Great customer service!

Buying the Wanbo X5 Pro has been a great experience, but what I would especially like to highlight is the after-sales support. Without a doubt, it has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a brand.
The Wanbo team genuinely cares about their customers. They are always willing to answer questions, listen to concerns, and find solutions to any issue, even when the problem is not an easy one to solve.

I’m extremely happy with my experience with Wanbo. Everything went smoothly from the moment I placed my order until the projector arrived.
I ordered the Wanbo T2 Ultra Gimbal Projector with the storage bag, ALR screen and HDMI cable, and I’m 100% satisfied with both the product and the service.
Customer support was excellent. They responded quickly and clearly to my questions, confirmed that all import duties and customs-related charges for delivery to the UK were covered, and even contacted me before shipping to make sure I had selected the correct plug version. I really appreciated this attention to detail.
Delivery went smoothly with no unexpected charges, and everything arrived safely.
The T2 Ultra itself has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is excellent for the price, autofocus and automatic keystone correction work very well, Android TV is easy to use, and streaming apps work perfectly. Setup was straightforward and I was enjoying films on a huge Full HD screen very quickly.
Considering the projector, accessories, customer service and overall buying experience, I think the value for money is outstanding.
I would definitely buy from Wanbo again and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great projector at a very reasonable price.

The Cube 2 Pro did not meet my…
The Cube 2 Pro did not meet my expectations because I noticed slight blurriness around the corners of the image. I reported the issue, and you kindly sent me a replacement lens. However, even after replacing the lens, I do not see much improvement, and the corner blurriness is still noticeable.
Because of this, I asked whether I could upgrade to the Vali 1, as I believe it would better meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I was informed that an upgrade by exchange was not possible from your side.
Honestly, I now regret purchasing the projector directly from your website. If I had purchased it from a local seller or another platform, I might have had more flexibility with an exchange or upgrade.
I kindly ask you to reconsider my request and see if there is any possible solution, such as an exchange or upgrade to the Vali with an appropriate price adjustment.
