Apalling company
Apalling company. Refused to take down photographs from a SCAM SELLER (that she stole from me) even though I gave them proof that the photographs belonged to myself.
If I could have given NO stars I would.

There were tech issues when we wanted…
There were tech issues when we wanted to change the shipping method. I went to a Postale Italia and they wouldn't ship the bike, so I had to workout my own method of shipping. The buyer had paid but we couldn't change the shipping so we had to make a new post. Then once the buyer received the package he could not confirm receipt, because he did not receive a tracking number and I had nowhere to enter the tracking number. The chatbot was useless and nobody answered requests. It almost made us want to take the whole transaction off TuttoSubito because it made it so complicated.
