I am dealing with Store4U 3 years now. Very professional and reasonably priced. They keep there premises tidy and secure, never had any issues. Great company highly recommended.

It is more of a self-service environment which is great.

I was really happy with my storage space. Easy to get in to, good security, clean and dry, and great to have any time access.

I would encourage anybody who is looking for storage to use Store 4 up very secure well monitored security and a friendly voice on the phone to help with any issues or concerns that may arise. I have had and will continue to have a very professional team and service.

Responsive company, 24hr access to storage. Site secure, well monitored and clean.

They took the money from my account two weeks early. I wrote an email to let them know that and that I have already paid for the current month but I got no reply, just an invoice that did not state the term of storage unit rental. I will be checking my account to see if they collected money more times than they should as they may be collecting too many times per year.

After my review, I received a call from the Customer Service Manager on their private mobile (presumably to avoid recording), which was alarming and unprofessional. Their behavior included shouting, threats to disclose my personal details on Trustpilot if I did not remove my review, and belittling actions unbecoming of a professional in their position. This behavior resembled that of a gangster, especially when they mentioned dealing with me in any way possible to force me to withdraw my review. Consequently, I terminated my rental and switched to another company, which also costs much less. In their response, they falsely claimed to have "ended the business relationship." Additionally, they lied about a 2-week late payment, which was their fault as they failed to set up automatic payments, not even through direct debit but directly from the credit/debit card without easy cancellation.

Another issue is a hidden price increase, as they changed payments from monthly to every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments a year instead of 12 due to there being 52 weeks in a year (52/4=13). This change also creates a confusing payment schedule, as dates fluctuate monthly, and they have not provided a clear payment schedule.

For all the above I have proof in emails and phone recordings.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. They are more expensive than their competition, exhibit unprofessional behavior, and engage in questionable customer service practices bordering on criminal.

Organized at short notice. Good swift response and easily arranged.

Everything is good

The best company to rent a container. Just ring, in a one hour, you will get your place for your stuff. Very useful!!! So glad that I have business with them.

Staff and crew great, always supportive.
Lack of toilet facilities biggest concern.
Ground works need regular maintenance.
