Fell packet !
Totally wrong order!
I ordered massage säng paper and massage head set papper, and received Tens-Ems och massageapparat. TOTALLY WRONG. WHO IS PAYING ME THE TIME, AND THE CLIENTS I VE LOST BECOUSE OF THAT???! ZERO STARS

Vi beklagar självklart att du fick fel produkter i den första leveransen.

Vi har redan pratat med dig om detta och så snart vi fick information om felet skickade vi en ny sändning med rätt produkter direkt.

Under sommaren har vi även sommarpersonal som hjälper till på lagret, och ibland kan det tyvärr bli fel. Det är självklart beklagligt, men misstag kan hända och det är mänskligt. Det viktigaste för oss är att ta ansvar och rätta till felet så snabbt som möjligt, vilket vi också gjorde i detta fall.

Därför har vi lite svårt att förstå din kommentar, eftersom vi agerade omgående och skickade rätt produkter direkt efter att vi fick kännedom om felet.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I wanted to return some items, but they never resonded to my emails and there is no telephone number to reach them on. I would advice everyone to STAY CLEAR off this company!
