This place is a literal scam
Took my car for EU kontroll. They wanted to charge me 12,000kr for left front coil spring change, I went to another private shop for 1,500kr. I can't even fathom the level of high pricing of labour.
We are traveling in a camper van which had a technical problem over the weekend We visited Snap Drive on Monday morning, explained the problem to Thomas who immediately came out with his diagnosis computer checked the fault code and reset the van’s computer.
He explained the nature of the problem and how to deal with it if it recurred. He told us it was safe to drive which put our minds at rest. He wouldn’t take any money for his time.
We are very happy with Snap Drive
These guys are neither honest nor competent in their work. Tried to trick me to pay much more than other shops would and wouldn't tell me what really was wrong with my car by using fancy words instead of calling it for what it was. It made it seems like the problem was more serious than it was.
Do not go here people.
Those guys are here to screw you up. They will find anything to make money out of you and even after charging you 50.000 NOK and the problem is not fixed, they say you need to pay before they will check your problem which they should have fixed.
Stay away of this company!!
They do not accept work if you bring your own parts. “ they do not take parts from customers”. I was looking to change an AC Compressor
