I was thinkin...it can't be that bad, right? Took priority shipping and "on stock" items. Waited 4 weeks. For "on stock" items. Then seller finally sent - but wrote wrong address on the shipping details. Wrote to the seller, called, wrote on info address...and got no response for more than a week. Now the items are travelling back and I am left without tyres.
IMO avoid. Not worth the nerves.
My first order maked some days late but coming in perfect condition no mistakes and I have done my second order and waiting it
I ordered two motorcycle tyres and on the site it is stated that the dellivery is in 5 - 10 days. I needed the tyres urgently, so I paid 5€ for priority handling, but they still needed 7 days to ship the tyres and then GLS needed another two days to delivery, so in total 9 days. While waiting I wrote them and called numerous times and i never got any response to my emails and nobody answered to my calls. I also paid for protective packaging, but the tyres came in some thin plastic that offers little to no protection.
If you order from this seller, don't pay for anything extra. Otherwise the tyres are OK.
Paid Thru PayPal. Ordered Correct Tyres for Mercedes. Arrived in less than 15 Days. Only problem difficult to understand / trace delivery.
Last Saturday, I booked the mobile tyre-replacement service even though I would have to wait till the Monday morning for it happen. I e-mailed at 11 on Monday; no reply. Later I discovered a text (on my mobile) to say they couldn't do the tyre because I was in the wrong postcode, even though the postcode was clear at the point of booking. I wrote to complain - no reply after a week.
I ordered two tires for my bike some time ago, with priority delivery. After numerous reminders that were never answered, only one gum arrived today. I therefore invite you to be wary of purchasing on this site, if you don't want to lose your money
