Comparativel cheap prices and fast delivery.

Logistics are horrible!! Either don’t deliver or bring when not expected!!! we’re talking about medicine here or medical devices. These are important I need to be delivered not in a week and not with complications but within 24 to 48 hours. And this has not been over the case, unfortunately with shop apokeke. In my opinion, they should spend less on marketing and paying Günther Jauch a lot of money, and spend it more on their logistic channels and making sure customers which are the most important for their company get their products on time. I had to call customer service at least three times a day asking where the products were and I got never any help. The only thing that they could do is give me some money back as a sorry I don’t need money back as a sorry I need medicine. I need medical devices for my health.

Fast delivery, multiple discount codes, and additional discounts make this service a great option. Almost all types of medicines are available, and the information provided is clear and easy to understand.

I would love to see an English version of the website as well, which would make it even more convenient for international customers.

By far the best pharmacy experience I had so far

I recently signed up with Shop-Apotheke and received a promotional voucher. The initial terms provided were very general, but when I attempted to redeem it, I was informed of additional restrictions that had not been clearly communicated at the time of sign-up. This felt misleading and resulted in disappointing customer service.

For transparency, the specific voucher conditions should be clearly outlined before registration, not disclosed only at redemption. Other customers should be aware to read all fine print carefully.

I had higher hopes for my order from Shop Apotheke, but the experience fell short. The delivery was surprisingly slow, taking almost a week longer than I expected. When the package finally arrived, I noticed that one of the items was incorrectly sent, which was really frustrating. While the customer service was polite, it took time to get a response regarding the mix-up. I appreciate the effort, but I can't say I'd recommend them based on this experience. It just didn’t meet my expectations.

I had an excellent experience with Shop Pharmacy. Their service is incredibly fast and impressive! They didn't charge any co-payment, and even though my medicine was €22, they gave me a discount and only charged €17.
​Before this, I tried ordering from another pharmacy by uploading my prescription, but they showed a receipt for the full amount with absolutely no discount. On top of that, they didn't even have the original medicine available. Shop Pharmacy is definitely the better choice, and I highly recommend them.

very late delivery and terrible service

I purchased on 02.03.2026, and after 4 days they said my order was too big so they wanted to cancel it. I asked for the full refund but they insisted only give me vouchers back, and it even took them 25 days to activate the new vouchers!

1.) Coupons resulting in a higher end price due to it gets not calculated with the (free) shipping costs.

2.) Red Points are a joke, cause you can't spend more than the value of your order and you lose them if you don't spend them within 1 year or make no order within 6 months.

I have noises or suggestions to say. Until now, everything goes well .

Unreliable delivery information
Before placing my order, the products appeared to be available with next-day delivery. I placed the order on 09.06 in the morning. However, I only received a clear delivery estimate three days later, and after that the delivery date kept changing every day.
The order is now expected to arrive on 16.06, one full week after ordering. If I had known this before placing the order, I would not have bought these products online.
For an online pharmacy, this kind of unclear and misleading delivery information is unacceptable. I find the service unreliable and would not order again.
