Rollbit is actively seizing users'…

Rollbit is actively seizing users' principal deposits under the guise of fake "3rd party/AML flags."
After forcing an arbitrary account lock, I fully cooperated with their legal and support teams, proving I have no associated accounts. Instead of reviewing my evidence, they stalled for 20 business days and then sent an automated email terminating my account and keeping my deposited funds without providing a shred of proof.

To make matters worse, their official Curaçao gaming license link (cert.cga.cw) is completely dead (Error 522), and official regulatory complaint emails bounce back. They are using broken regulatory systems to steal player funds with zero accountability.

Do not deposit your money here. I am proceeding with legal action and filing reports with major crypto watchdogs.

Rollbit has been my favorite crypto…

Rollbit has been my favorite crypto casino for a long time. The platform feels polished and reliable, with one of the best combinations of casino gaming and crypto features. What really sets it apart is the NFT system - owning Rollbot ol Sportbot means you actually share in the platform's success through revenue sharing, which is something you rarely, if ever, see in the casino industry.
Withdrawals have always been fast, promotions are generous and frequent, and the RTP has always felt fair based on my experience. I've had several great hits, including a couple of max wins, which keeps me coming back. On top of that, the community is active, the site is constantly adding new features and events, and it genuinely feels like a platform that's built for the long term rather than just short-term hype.

This feels like a massive scam

This feels like a massive scam. Opened an account, deposited money and then saw they don't have any virtual blackjack games so decided to check on live chat.

I clicked the live chat button - nothing happened - the link isn't real and there is no live chat.

Also looked for email support - same thing, no email support.

Filled in a withdrawal request but it just shows as processing and there is no way to contact anyone. They have a number you can reach out to by SMS but that also doesn't work.

Rollbit is SCAM they will never pay you if you win any money,
Completed Level 3 KYC, but my withdrawals were restricted. Support keeps asking the same question about other accounts even though I’ve repeatedly confirmed I only have one. They haven’t provided clear evidence or a specific reason for the restriction. Based on my experience, never deposit even 1$ in this platform fully scammers

I know there are a lot of backlash about Rollbit, but I've been a customer since Jan 2023, and have yet to have any of these issues described in the forums.

I am up on my balance so far, and with the transparency of the Rollbit team sharing their daily revenue numbers and Faze Clan partnership; these metrics help add SOME credibility to Rollbit.

I Account suspended and profits frozen right after a successful deposit and win

I deposited, placed my bets, and when I tried to withdraw my winnings, Rollbit support blocked me. First, they told me to complete the KYC verification. However, when I tried to log in to do it, my account was already suspended.

When I went back to live chat, they completely changed their story, claiming an unspecified "terms violation" and telling me to contact them via email. They processed a withdrawal exactly equal to my initial deposit, but they are holding and freezing all of my legal profits. I am fully willing to complete the KYC process and provide any verification documents needed, but they chose to lock me out instead.

Be careful playing here. They are fine with taking your deposits, but if you win, they will find an excuse to freeze your funds and lock your account.

Scammer

On what grounds are you making these claims? If you fail to provide concrete, factual evidence of the exact terms I supposedly breached, I will make this entire situation public across every possible platform. Instead of a reasonable explanation, you have the audacity to tell me that I am "no longer welcome." Who do you think you are? What kind of low-class, disrespectful, and arrogant treatment of a customer is this? I have placed exactly two bets on your platform, and you take it upon yourselves to blatantly insult me and lock my account without any justification. If you think your unlawful actions will pass unnoticed, you are dead wrong. This pathetic response of yours will be the first piece of evidence I submit to your licensing authorities (FIU Curacao, GoAML), as well as to Trustpilot, AskGamblers, and every major social media channel. People need to see exactly how you operate, how you seize user funds, and the condescending tone you use to talk to your clients. I expect a fact-based, justified response—not another useless, copy-pasted template.
Here is the robotic, evasive response I received from Rollbit's "Legal Team" after demanding proof for my account closure: "We have reviewed the account and can confirm that the actions taken to date have been carried out in line with our internal procedures for Breach of Terms of Service. We consider the matter closed and you are no longer welcome at Rollbit. Any further attempt to circumnavigate this ban will result in future deposited amounts considered forfeit and registration details being passed to FIU Curacao, GoAML, and any relevant local authorities."
My response to this pathetic attempt to silence a customer:
1. Where is the proof? You claim a "Breach of Terms of Service" after exactly TWO bets. Yet, you cannot name a single clause, provide a single log, or show any evidence. "Internal procedures" is just a corporate buzzword for “we took your money because we can, and we don’t want to explain why.”
2. Reverse Psychology Threats: You are threatening to pass my details to FIU Curacao and GoAML? Don't worry, you don't have to do that—I am already doing it myself. I have prepared the full case file, including my betting history and your arrogant emails, and it is being submitted directly to Curacao regulators and AML compliance authorities. Let them investigate why a platform seizes user funds without providing factual justification.
3. "Matter Closed"? Not even close. You don't get to unilaterally decide the matter is closed just because you refuse to answer hard questions.
Keep your copy-pasted templates. The regulatory complaints are already in motion. Players, stay away from Rollbit—they will lock your account after 2 bets, confiscate your money, and hide behind their "legal inbox" when asked for explanations.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Rollbit had no problem accepting my deposits and allowing me to place bets normally. However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly subjected to KYC verification. I completed the entire verification process as requested.

After that, my withdrawal remained pending for days. While waiting for an update, my sportsbook access was restricted, and I received no clear explanation. When I contacted support, they repeatedly asked whether I had another Rollbit account. I have never had another Rollbit account and answered this clearly multiple times. Despite this, they continued asking the same question instead of providing any meaningful update on my withdrawal.

At the time of writing, my funds are still pending, my sportsbook access remains restricted, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution.

Based on my experience, the withdrawal process has been frustrating, communication has been poor, and customer support has been unhelpful. I cannot recommend Rollbit.

Blocked funds after huge winnings

Overnight on March 22nd, I won a significant amount of money on the sportsbook. Shortly after that, in the morning, when I was requesting a big withdrawal, I was suddenly asked to complete a liveness verification check, which I gladly did. Before this, I had made a withdrawal normally, and it went through without any issues.

After completing the liveness check, I was asked to confirm how many accounts I have on Rollbit. From reading other reviews, it seems this is often the start of a process where users are delayed or denied payment, even when no clear proof is provided against them, even though I only had one account on Rollbit.

I was then asked to fill out a questionnaire, which I gladly completed. I also offered to provide any additional verification or proof if needed. 2 weeks passed, and there was no answer.

From that moment onwards, the process became a series of delays. Eventually, AML was given as the reason. However, Rollbit is a crypto casino, and I have not been shown any proof or clear explanation of what exactly I am being accused of. There has been no evidence provided to support their decision; support is lacking in explanations, jumping from one email to another. Now, a few months have passed, and they have threatened that if I want to pursue this further, we can go legal. I was not given any answer on that, either.

People, please be careful. I was foolish enough to deposit money and lucky enough to win, but now the site appears to be refusing to pay me without giving a proper reason. I have every screenshot, every conversation, and every betting ticket. Nothing about my play can be proven to be false or fraudulent.

In my opinion, users should think twice before trusting this site with their money.

Rollbit made verification a hassle. Testing jbitcasino now

Rollbit made verification far more annoying than it had to be. I uploaded my national ID card, then they asked for a clearer photo, then suddenly another thing was missing. There was no clear checklist, no real explanation, just more waiting around. My account was basically stuck while they kept changing what they needed.

I’ve moved over to jbitcasino now, and at least I’m not battling the site every few minutes.

Very disappointing experience with Rollbit.

I had been using the platform normally, making deposits, placing sports bets, and even successfully receiving one withdrawal earlier without any issues. Everything seemed fine until I won another bet and requested a withdrawal of 809.43 USDT.

After that, my withdrawal suddenly became pending and support asked me to complete KYC verification. I fully cooperated and successfully passed KYC Level 3. However, immediately after verification I was accused of allegedly having multiple accounts and was asked to “list other accounts” connected to me.

The problem is that I genuinely do not have any other Rollbit accounts.

I explained this several times to both support and compliance. I also mentioned that I use a public VPN while accessing crypto betting websites, which could potentially create IP overlaps with other users, but as far as I could see VPN usage was not prohibited by their rules.

Despite my cooperation and willingness to provide additional proof, I eventually received a short message from their Legal & Compliance team saying that the matter was closed and that I was no longer welcome on the platform.

What I find most concerning is that Rollbit had no problem processing my first withdrawal, but after another winning bet my account suddenly became a compliance issue. No actual evidence of multi-accounting was ever shown to me, and no specific rule violation was explained.

I have full screenshots and email history documenting the whole situation.

I’m posting this review mainly as a warning for other users and in hope that Rollbit may eventually provide a fair and transparent review of the case.

ROLLBIT is not a casino at all

Hello everyone, I am a gambler from China, and I want to share my experience with ROLLBIT.

I bet almost every week on the “Big Five Leagues” as well as major tournaments like the UEFA Champions League. Before this, I was a heavy user of bet365. In March last year, bet365 announced its exit from the Asian market, leaving countless Chinese football betting enthusiasts with nowhere to go. Considering China’s population, this number could easily exceed a million.

After bet365 left, and with domestic authorities increasingly cracking down on all sports betting activities except the state-run “China Sports Lottery,” a small number of deeply addicted football gamblers began looking for alternatives—learning to use cryptocurrencies and exploring overseas betting sites.

In China, the environment for football bettors is extremely harsh. Aside from the extremely low odds offered by the China Sports Lottery, countless fake platforms claiming to be “betway,” “William Hill,” and others exist. These small operations often accuse players of “match manipulation” or “odds arbitrage” if you bet on minor or less popular matches, and they refuse to pay winnings. People are long tired of these “fake platforms” and are desperately seeking a legitimate platform like bet365.

I first saw ROLLBIT during a CS2 match. It looked like a large, legitimate betting site and even sponsors the “Faze” team. I admit that it was my mistake to deposit and bet before thoroughly checking the company’s reputation, but please understand that China’s internet is extremely restricted. Before Google, I didn’t even know Trustpilot existed, and even accessing Google itself requires a VPN.

I bet on ROLLBIT for several months. I won and lost at times, and everything seemed normal. During the first weekend of March this year, on the “Big Five Leagues” matchday, I won consecutively, earning around $2,000, and then my account was restricted.

Yes, you read that correctly. Because I consecutively won on matches like “Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern Munich” and “Liverpool vs West Ham United,” my balance was frozen. This completely shocked me.

When I sought help from customer support, they asked, “Can you please list the other accounts that you've had on Rollbit?” When I replied that I could not possibly have other accounts, they said, “If you’re not willing to provide this, please direct any further correspondence to xxxxxxx.com.”

Before coming here, I really thought ROLLBIT had made a mistake, confusing me with a multi-account violator. I carefully and politely explained everything to their staff. After emailing them and waiting many days, they began accusing me of money laundering.

Seriously, if it weren’t for bet365 leaving, I might never have known what USDT even is. And they accused me of participating in money laundering? I thought only Osama bin Laden had the ability to do such things.

Now that I am on Trustpilot, I am shocked to see countless other victims accused of multi-accounting or money laundering. ROLLBIT fully knew what they were doing but treated users like thieves, just to seize deposits and winnings. This enrages me.

What does “If you’re not willing to provide this” even mean? It sounds like the police giving a thief a choice when the evidence is already solid. This is truly outrageous.

I have never bet on obscure matches, strange options, or incorrect odds. I always placed simple bets of a few hundred dollars on Manchester City to win, PSG to win, or the other team to win or draw. I analyzed the bets according to the odds of the European Big Five Leagues in the China Sports Lottery. And yet, they accused me of multi-accounting and money laundering? Think about how vile this is!

I bet on matches that countless people worldwide bet on at the same time. The losers lost to them, but if you won, ROLLBIT could simply refuse to pay? Can these people even be called a “casino”? ROLLBIT, please share your method of making money, and the world would never need bank robbers.

Finally, I wish all fellow football enthusiasts the best! I have done everything I can to warn everyone that ROLLBIT is purely a scam platform. I hope anyone planning to register sees my experience in time and chooses another option.

36k USD SCAM

Ive been playing on this site since October 2023 wagered 1.3m+ had withdrawels totaling for over 150k usd in February i wagered large and tried to withdraw a 34k usd LTC win (after depositing 20k+ same day) They asked me to verify level 4 which i completed after 1 month. 3 days silence Rollbit started the conversation again with "Where are you currently located?" I was writing them from a restricted country which then was their excuse to restrict my account and ghost me for several months. I never deposited, wagered, and withdrew from a restricted country. So whats the reason for banning my account (without my latest 643.13 LTC ((36596usd)) withdrawel) I can assure you when you will win Big they will find a reason to restrict your account (Previous 3 years i had lost ) They dont care about any country restrictions until u win... for Proofs contact fartfart on discord

I had a very negative experience using…

I had a very negative experience using the Rollbit website. After requesting a withdrawal, the funds never arrived. On top of that, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of support. I tried contacting customer support through the website but received no response. I also sent an email on the 23rd, and to this day, I still haven’t received any reply. It feels like the support team is simply ignoring users.

At this point, I don’t understand what the issue is — why my withdrawal wasn’t processed and why my account was blocked. The lack of transparency and the complete silence from support seriously raises concerns about the reliability of this service.

I do not recommend using this site if you’re not prepared to face such risks.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

They will make it a huge problem when trying to withdraw a big amount. They’ll let you deposit and withdraw small amounts without any problems until you win big or try to withdraw more than what you deposited. Customer support and compliance will accuse you of having multiple accounts or cite AML concerns to avoid or delay payments when they are the ones that set me up by modifying and structuring my withdrawal amount and then used that against me. They also modified information on my profile including total bets, amounts wagered, amounts rewarded to an exaggerated amount that does not reflect my activities on the site.

THIS PLATFORM IS A TOTAL SCAM AND WILL GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO AVOID RELEASING LEGITIMATE WINNINGS AND WITHDRAWALS. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSELY INVESTIGATED AND GET SHUT DOWN!

I will continue escalating this matter though regulatory, legal, and public channels until I have a satisfactory resolution. To those that have had similar experiences please speak up to expose their conduct and file a complaint to their gaming license operator.
