I am a retired lady who needed help, from start to finish rescue 247ltd. We’re professional, efficient and kind. All went without a hitch with a smile. Ryan the tow truck driver certainly had great skills maneuvering the truck to place my car perfectly on my drive. A big thank you.

Today I was held up because one of Rescue 247 thought it was OK to block up the road, he had in actual fact double parked, making it impossible for anybody to pass. I understand the nature of his job but he did have better options that he chose not to take. When I hooted (as he walked away from me, ignoring me) he gesticulated aggresively. Instead of doing the decent thing and tell me how long I was going to be inconvenienced he placed his low loader in a more precarious position. This was purely malicious. His answer was....."if you think that is blocking the road, watch this...." When I called Rescue 247 control they were less than helpful. When are companies going to get their staff trained in public awareness. Because of this persons attitude I cannot give them more than one star, I'd recommend to avoid them until such time they can train their staff to be more civil to the general public.
