Very nice and caring folks.
Unfortunately, my issues initially improved some but at this point are worsening.

Last November was my second time going through the PRP procedure in the Sarasota office.
This time I had compacted L3 & L4 and could barely walk using crutches.
Dr. Torrance accommodated me during the Thanksgiving week and had the procedure on Tuesday November 25 and next morning was able to drive home. Three days after the procedure I was walking as if nothing happened. I keep referring friends to the doctor because I'm a living proof that the PRP procedure does work and grateful for Dr. Torrance and his team.

Great care, the team works like a well oiled machine. They are all friendly, competent, and provide great communicatons.

The doctor was understanding and compassionate. The nurse that drew my blood was sweet and concerned.
It’s hard to get ahold of anyone by phone. They always have to call you back.

I wish I had done the procedure sooner, but I had to wait until I could pay out of pocket. It's very affordable considering the cost of other procedures billed to insurance. There wasn't much downtime, just a day or two of soreness and slightly tired. We targeted my cervical spine as that is my primary issue but I would consider it for any area that it's available for. I'm now almost 9 months out and doing much better. It'd be great if I could fix all my other dx's with a similar procedure, like my sinus issues since 2 years after sinus surgery, I don't know how well it worked, whereas this feels like it will last. I tell friends and family who are having issues that they should consider it.

Procedure went like clockwork, the staff was excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Regenexx for my knee injury!

They provided a good, clear explanation throughout the process and made sure I understood my options. The follow-up was also excellent, and I felt well supported. Most importantly, the treatment worked for me and helped with my knee injury.

Dr. Ben Newton was amazing. He spent the time up front learning about me and my goals and was not one of those doctors that just tells you to “do what I say”. We collaboratively planned out the treatment and he was really informative through the whole process. Outstanding personality and great at what he does.

My options were to continue to live with severe arthritis on both shoulders, have complete shoulder replacement for both shoulders, or Regenexx stem cell therapy. I know a few people who had the Regenexx procedure and were happy with the results. Dr. Bergum spent more than 2 hours showing me my shoulder xrays and doing an ultra sound on my shoulders explaining the arthritis issue and how the Regenexx procedure will alleviate the pain/discomfort. Parts of the procedure were painful for a short period of time, but after 1 year, I have very little pain in my shoulders. I do have some discomfort, but daily therapy/exercise is slowly relieving the discomfort.

I was having moderate to severe pain in my right knee. I received information from my insurance company and decided to check into the procedure not wanting to have another operation. ( not on that knee, just another surgery of any kind). I called got info and decided to make an appointment. Everyone in the office was very helpful thru the whole procedure. Everything was explained in detail. The procedure went very well. I definitely would recommend the stem cell procedure over an operation. I was off work for 1 week and 1 day. I am coming up on my 1 year check up. The pain is next to nothing. It’s an on going healing process. But it’s your body healing itself. The therapy is not a long drawn out thing either. I had my injection November 2025 and it continues to help me manage my symptoms, which are minimal now. I’ve returned to walking my dog 3+ miles a day and occasionally jogging with her. My gym workouts with my trainer have progressed to a good challenge with no repercussions. And I’m doing yoga daily. I have minimal tingling , that is easy to ignore, in my calf and sometimes foot. I’m extremely pleased with my outcomes. Also I want to recognize my wonderful medical team and their support.

As they explained, my knees would get worse, then better. My knees are great. I would highly recommend this PRO procedure.

I have had three separate Regenexx procedures to address a combination of decades of wear and tear, an old injury, and a more recent injury. All three were very successful. I have much less pain than I have had in a least 20 years. I am exercising with only a few limitations. Regenexx is the best thing that I have ever done for my health, and may have added 10 years or more to my longevity.

Clearly communicated the Care and patience needed to deliver the maximum benefit of the PRP and bone marrow treatment to get the functionality of my hand and wrist back to full use. Amazing...

Overall my back is much better. I have noticed over the last month or so that my “knot” on my lower right side has been inflamed after doing yardwork or strenuous activities. It usually subsides in a couple days. My sciatica is fantastic and has not caused me any discomfort since my procedure.
