Wow - what a fantastically quiet yet powerful computer. It is so quiet that i can't hear anything unless I put my ear within a few centimeters of the case! Ordering my new computer was a very easy and enjoyable process. The website is well designed and it is really easy to configure the exact specification of computer you want. In only a few days my computer arrived, expertly assembled, well packaged and exactly as ordered. It is comforting to know that it's a UK based company if I need any support or advice.

There were also no issues with customs clearance, as all the necessary documents were attached correctly and provided as required.

Nothing went wrong - which is when you really find out about who you are dealing with - but everything about my experience was good. They took the time to explain the product and advise thoroughly over the phone, kept in touch well during the build and delivered exactly as promised, managing a day earlier (which they checked would be OK). I love my fanless PC. Not cheap, but reeking of quality. These guys seem to take pride in what they do.

Quiet PC were excellent from start to finish and were extremely helpful in selecting the components best suited to my photo editing and quiet-running requirements. Andy recommended swapping the processor, graphics card and main SSD for alternative versions, resulting in a better-balanced system that was actually cheaper. The PC was assembled very quickly and delivered within a week of placing the order. Communication throughout was excellent, and Dawn kept me informed of the delivery arrangements with the courier. The PC is now set up and running, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It is silent and exceptionally fast in operation. I am delighted with the purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending Quiet PC to anyone looking for a high-quality custom-built PC

Quick delivery, as described, all went well.

Arrived two days ahead of schedule. Contacted me about some of my build choices to make sure everything was in order. Helpful and prompt when I contacted them afterwards to clarify some details. The computer itself was also great.

Got me back up and running after diagnosing that the issue of my dead pc could be either PSU or the motherboard. New replacement PSU did not fix the issue so the old one was reinstated and cost refunded.
A new motherboard was then installed with a CPU and memory upgrade. Ok it cost me a bit in parts but the labour was very reasonable and progress was communicated promptly. I am very pleased with the experience of dealing with Quiet PC.

They did a silent Fanless Streacom DB4 build for me. This included a dedicated 3050 graphics card. It works exactly to spec as a server though temps are a little high with this hot summer spell we are going through. They drop when the ambient temperature is cooler, of course. Excellent build, well packaged and responsive customer services. Worth paying the premium over doing it myself for their expertise and warranty.Pity the delivery company UPS is not as efficient as Quiet PC :)

The Company gave me sound advice on what spec PC would be most suitable for my needs and built it accordingly. It's working quietly and efficiently so far!

I found their website easy to use and spent lots of time considering different specs. I had a question about availability of a particular component and they responded quickly by email and also let me know when they were back in stock so I could place my order. They communicated well during the build of my new computer and were helpful when I asked for the delivery to be postponed by a day. I'd happily order from them again.
