Great tap. Does exactly what we wanted it for and gives a lot more space in the kitchen

I bought mine in 2020 and just over 5 years later the boiler broken down and is no longer in use. in 2023 I received an email with a warning that one of the hoses comes from a faulty batch and I was advised to buy a new tap yet no discount was available and since it was out of warranty at the time no support was given. Despite following the installations for regular cleaning and buying filter every 6 months with very little daily use having 4 L tank for 2 people of which only 1 person would use boiling water its very disappointing the profuct lasted only for 5 years
I am highly disappointed with the product and no support and lack of customer service since its not the cheapest product out there
Just to set things straight
My partner phoned the customer service to ask for advice regarding the faulty tank and was advised to give it another clean and see how it was going
And with regards to faulty hose in 2023 despite it was manufacturing fault we were not offered the replacement or advised to buy a whole new tap which would costs at the time around £200
so with all respect I do not appreciate the company reply to my feedback

Really pleased with our choice. After several years of 24/7 provision of boiling/ cold filtered water we changed our Qettle tank and are so impressed by the customer service at Qettle, the speed of delivery of a new tank,and the efficient, fast and friendly installation they arranged.

Replacement for the old system because I love the support given. Great company and great service

This is our second brand of boiling water tap. When the first failed, we were looking for a mid-priced boiling water tap and in researching, found Qettle to be perfect for what we needed. Qettle are very thorough in assessing suitability for fitting of their product, asking for photos of our plumbing and kitchen cupboard. The order process was easy and we decided to use a recommended Qettle fitter which was a bit pricey but gives assurances too. The customer service department has been very accessible and helpful when I have rung with questions. They are a British company, competing with big brands and have motivation to build a good reputation.
Qettle's on-going maintenance costs (filters/descaler) are much lower than we were paying with our previous brand.

Been using this hot water tap system for 6 months now and all is good. It's a simple system to fit and operate. I bought mine online, via the qettle website. When fitted the 4ltr boiler leaked but a replacement was sent the very next day.

Paul was great, install was pailess and he has done a tidy job. He has been able to keep everything together allowing us to maximise the space under our sink.

Brilliant service from all the team and the installation crew.
Love love love our new Qettle tap, easy to use and meant we did not need a hot feed to that sink with the blender valve. Works a treat.

Delivered quickly in mid July, and sat whilst delayed kitchen work top was eventually fitted by another company. So not used until 22nd August. What a great result, may take us oldies time to become totally used to significant change to tea and coffee making but so far brilliant. Thank you Qettle.

Update:
Received the Q06 and this is much better with our hard water. So upping to 4. I was also refunded for the cost of one my filters which is appreciated.

Tap is ok so far, although water is not filtered as well as previous brands. Ordering was simple enough.

I asked a question about the filters when I ordered as there are two types. Q08 and Q06. It’s not obviously clear which type is better for hard water areas from the information online.

I contacted customer support about it, but they just sent me the same blurb from their website initially and ignored my question of “which is better for hard water areas”. I re-asked and they confirmed it would be the Q06 (but the Q08 is the standard one that gets sent).

I asked if they’d be able to send a Q06 with my order instead, they agreed and said a note had been sent to the warehouse.

When my plumber fitted it, he confirmed they’d sent a Q08 instead of a Q06. I contacted customer support who said if I sent the other filter back they’d send a Q06. But my plumber had already fitted it, as we wanted hot water.

To be honest, considering how much we spent on the tap and tank, they could have just sent a free Q06 in the post and honored the initial contact I had with them saying they would send one with my initial order. I would have given them a better review and would have been less hassle.

I’m yet to try the Q06 filter, but if it isn’t any better than the Q08 then I will be very disappointed. The water is scummy, almost unfiltered look at the moment and I can see the white lime scale bits floating on the top of the water when it comes out.

The hot tap spits quite a lot, I’ve cleaned the aerator to make sure it’s not that. I expect it to, because it’s a 100° tap. But, it can catch you off guard and I wouldn’t let children or the elderly use it.

It looks good, but there’s room for improvement. A normal brita filter in a jug does a better job than the Q08 has.

Quite frustrated given the price paid, and I specifically ordered British expecting better and expecting them to be use to our hard water.

What a lovely company and absolutely love my tap. Would thoroughly recommend the qettle tap and such good service by the great team there

Owned this hot water tap for 12months or so and my honest review is it’s quite a poor product compared with other market leading ones . I must tighten the handle at least every 2/3 weeks , I have changed the cartridge once already and it still drips constantly.
Very disappointing but not sure if my expectations are to high in this day and age 🇬🇧😔☹️

Great product, we had 2 Franks hot water taps where the boiler failed and leaked damaging the kitchen cabinet.
The Qettle seems so much better made, paired the 4 in 1 with the chiller and couldn’t be more pleased.
Customer service was also brio

Have brought a mixer hot and filer water tap and tank from them a few years ago. All I can say is I am really glad I found this company! They are so nice and their customer service is excellent. None of the big corporate faff. They care about the products they sell and they provide amazing before and after care services. Their taps are excellent quality, easy to maintain and install. I would definitely recommend them over more expensive brand names! We really are grateful for your service 🤩

I have never left a review in my life but from the service I have received from Qettle I feel its time for my first one. First off I have the complete system, tap, chilled water and hot water, tap stylish and so easy to use looks so good in my new kitchen, the chilled and hot water tanks are so easy to install and fits neatly under my kitchen sink.
Unfortunately I had a issue where the filter housing leaked which from looking through the internet is not a common problem, I called Qettle and spoke to Nicola on there team and a new one was sent straight out no quibbles, again that leaked after a few weeks and speaking to Nicola we ID the issue as the hot water tank, again new unit sent straight out to me, ive now had it installed and I am leak free.
My reason for this review is to thank Nicola, she made the whole experience so easy, from ringing the help line I was put in touch with a speaking person within 30 seconds.
I even called whilst Nicola was on lunch and she called me back within the hour it was brilliant, other big companies could learn a lot from Qettle.
