I recently purchased 2 dresses on sale, and after a week with no delivery update, I contacted your chatbox and was told that the dresses was a pre-order.

This honestly surprised me, as I don’t remember seeing this information when purchasing. I checked the product page again and found it written in very small text at the very bottom of the description. I strongly believe this should be clearly stated next to the “Buy” button, and ideally also at checkout.

Luckily, I ordered the dress a month before my event, but I can only imagine how frustrating this would be for someone with a wedding in a week, especially when the website suggests delivery within 48 hours.

Please make pre-order information much more prominent and impossible to miss. When important information about availability is placed in tiny text at the very bottom of a product description, it can unfortunately leave customers feeling misled - and even make the purchase feel a little like a scam.

So the dresses i‘ve ordered arrived well but when I tried them on, both of them didn’t fit the way it appeared on the pictures.
Then I wanted to send them back but if you send them back outside of spain or certain countries you have to send the package yourself and can’t do it over the portal they offer online.
So i did everything how they asked and put the correct address on.
Then i send it back and, according to my online tracking it, arrived in Madrid and even was in delivery.
Then it got sent back to me because apparently they weren’t able to deliver it to the post office on the address.
When I mailed Pura Vida Clothes multiple times they assumed that i must have done something wrong and, even with picture evidence of the package and the address attached, they assumed it must have been the fault of the delivery company and I couldn’t get a refund of return it.
So over all fine quality but a horrible return system outside of Spain.

Terrible customer service, terrible webpage, terrible quality clothes. Avoid.

EDIT: We finally managed to get a return, thank god we don't have to deal with you any more.

SCAM !! The quality of the clothes is bad, and far from what it looks like on the pictures. And when you want to return your order, they give you a wrong address so you can't proceed. Don't buy from them !

I bought 3 items of clothing on May 5th. On their website, they heavily promote fast shipping within 24–72 hours, yet after 10 days I still haven’t received anything. A shipping label was created, but the package was never handed over, which makes it seem like there is an issue either with the company or the shipping process.

I tried contacting them multiple times and never received a reply. I have now started a formal complaint. I feel like a total scam.

I ordered a dress about 3 weeks ago, and still haven't received it. I tried to e-mail them several times but haven't received an answer. Beachy vibe had me browsing Pura Vida Clothes and it felt easy right away. The pieces are light, colorful, and perfect for everyday wear. The space is relaxed, great for shopping with a friend and taking your time. Left with a couple things that just feel fun to wear.

Very disappointed with the misleading return policy of Pura Vida Clothes.

On their website, they clearly state that customers can choose between cash refund or non-expiring voucher when returning a product. However, when I initiated the return process, I was given no real choice: I was only allowed to go ahead with a mandatory voucher, with no option to select cash refund.

This is misleading advertising. They publish a flexible and friendly policy, but then in practice they just push you to the coupon, which forces you to buy from their store again even if you no longer trust them.

I feel manipulated as a customer. If they are not going to honor their own policy, let them state it clearly from the beginning. Transparency is the least I expect as a consumer.

Watch out to anyone who is going to shop at Pura Vida Clothes: if you want a chance to get your money back, you'd better think twice.

Compré un vestido que era de Xmas collection y al ser de lentejuelas pica en algunas zonas y aparte me queda grande, no había pasado un mes de la compra y se supone que no se podía devolver después del 31 de diciembre de 2024, pero no lo ponía por ningún sitio a la hora de la compra, solo en la política de devoluciones, que obviamente no leí hasta el momento de intentar devolverlo.

Con lo cual no pude devolverlo, ahora tengo un vestido que no voy a usar porque no me queda bien y es incómodo a la hora de su uso.
Me hubiera gustado que fueran más transparentes en este sentido, deberían haberlo avisado cuando buscas ese tipo de colección para estar prevenidas.
