I had an absolutely wonderful…
I had an absolutely wonderful experience again with Ashley at Pocketpills and felt that she truly deserved some recognition for the exceptional customer service she provided. From the moment I spoke with her, she was incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and easy to talk to. Her warm and pleasant voice immediately made the experience feel more personal and reassuring.
Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and made navigating problems with the Pocketpills app feel effortless. She took the time to listen to my concerns, understand what I needed, and patiently guide me through everything step by step. What really stood out to me was that she didn’t simply provide a quick answer and move on—she genuinely went out of her way to make sure my concerns were addressed and that I was able to get the care and support I needed.
It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine compassion the way Ashley does. She made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to deal with and made me feel like I was actually being cared for rather than simply processed as another customer.
Ashley is a fantastic representative and a real asset to Pocketpills. Her dedication to helping people and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference in my experience. Pocketpills is lucky to have someone like her on their team. Thank you again, Ashley, for your kindness, patience, and for making sure I received the help I needed! Honestly give her a 5 dollar an hour raise. The app can be hard to navigate for the average person. And I am tech savvy. I’m serious management this SHOULD happen.

In addition Dr. Carley Breene is a phenomenal practitioner. Very lucky she is knowledgeable enough to support both ADHD management seamlessly and also understand and appreciate weight loss management goals. I love PocketPills! Just gotta find the right people. So also give Dr. Breene a raise. I no longer seek a family doctor because her care is that good! Keep it up. Make the app more user friendly though
