Very intuitive and easy to use site which produce beautiful results for a competitive price.I already ordered three copies of one Foto book and now finished working on the second, which is bigger. Also recite has great promotions. Highly recommend.

Photoweb est plus flexible et plus d'options mais mons qualitatif.

I have been using photobox for 15yrs and I am very satisfied with the service. The only suggestion I would do is to open the app also on Swiss Apple Store for people like me who live in France but have a Swiss phone.

I have been a loyal client for years. The photo albums are ok, quality is not the best but not the worst… however: I have been very disappointed several times: the delivery time is almost never on time, witch I find very stressing -when you expect to get your purchase on a certain date (they have the nerve to say « at the latest… »), and you pay a lot for delivery and product, it is very stressfull not to be able to count on the date you should get your order from photobox.
I find their promotions very deceiving also, there is almost all the time a promotion so you THINK you are getting a good price but really you are not, the so called promotional price is in fact the price you are supposed to pay all year.
When I contact the help line, it almost never helps because if your order is delayed, you are supposed to wait several days AFTER the date you were supposed to get your order. That’s all the help you get. So be carefull to trust the delivery times if you need the order to arrive on time for a present, it is in my expérience very stressfull and annoying when you count on giving the order for a birthday.

2 X calendar arrived with poor quality printing and the paper didn't feel like quality materials. A year of pictures printed tu put in our family album, such a disappointment, quality of prints is mediocre, the reframing that I spent ages doing on the app wasn't respected, 500 pictures all mixed up and not chronological order, just very poor overall. Wouldn't recommend

Pictures are well printed , nothing to say about that however the delivery fees are not fair for the end consumers. Despite having them detailed on their website they are charging 10,45 euros for 4 calendars (with identical format) delivered at the same address. I waited to see how they would be packed before receiving them as I assumed these would be at least individually packed to justify this price however they were sent in one case and packed by 2 in bubble wraps. Better for the environment for sure but price-wise not fair.

horrible printing ! I had two calenders printed- and of course didn´t expect perfect products- but this is just a shame !!

not worse a 100 % reduction .. stay away from this !!

The price increased at checkout by 10% and i have no idea why! I'm still in the black friday period but it was impossible to reverse so i ended up having to randomly pay an extra 20 euro more which i wasn't happy about.

L'album photo correspond à mes attentes. Qualité de l'album, tirage des photos, délais raisonnable.

The very first time I use this company and the commande is due to arrive late.
I would have thought this company mainly deals in gifts for people, so correct me if I am wrong but this means gifts arriving for special dates???
I have left ordered this in plenty of time for the date and this is what happens!
There is no date for delivery, no small gesture as an apology, nothing. Sorry but you are not worthy of anybodies business! You have a service to give paying customers and you are not honouring it.

Très facile de réaliser un album photo perso de A à Z. Beaucoup de choix à mettre en valeur, nos photos.

Composition libre : Utilisation facile, propositions de masques, cadres, stickers divers.
Le + : la mise en ligne de l album photos qui permet de le partager avec ses amis.
2 bémols : manque de renouvellement des stickers et arrières plans, et il faut nécessairement retirer toutes les sécurités et pare-feu de l'ordinateur pour envoyer l'album en téléchargement.

Really perfect realisation of the picture!

The new system seems inferior from a customer perspective. I’ve ordered photo calendars from them for years and each year I could transport all the birthdays and memorable dates from the previous year to the new calendar. That function has been removed meaning it’s much more laborious to create new calendars. Not great from a customer perspective and no motivation to stay with Photobox. Disappointing

I was happy with the previous logiciel. Now I have to use a kind of all purpose graphic logiciel. Photobox does not keep the creations in his logiciel. I stop for a month and now I can open the work I did. Theit new logiciel does not allow to do nice personnalized albums, only the most simple, vulgar and current creations, with almost no personnalization.
The deception is total.
