I was skeptical whether the products would deliver what they promise. The delivery was very fast, the packaging very classy and I have to say that the fragrances are really fragrant. I can only recommend the site and will certainly order again. A recommendation from me.

Refused my refund klarna didnt help, didnt return the product back to me. Have to pay for a product thats not in my possesion. And refuses to send it back. Disregarding my rights.

Seller Refused Refund
I've ordered from this shop several times, and so far, everything has gone smoothly with the delivery. However, there was one issue: the package was supposedly lost in transit and never delivered. I contacted the seller and requested a refund, but they refused to return the money. Fortunately, I had paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back thanks to PayPal's buyer protection. Without this protection, I probably wouldn't have seen my money again. I definitely won't be ordering from this seller again.

Ich habe in diesem Shop bereits mehrfach bestellt, und bisher lief alles reibungslos mit der Lieferung. Allerdings gab es einmal ein Problem: Das Paket wurde angeblich auf dem Versandweg verloren und nicht zugestellt. Daraufhin habe ich den Verkäufer kontaktiert und um eine Rückerstattung gebeten, doch er weigerte sich, das Geld zurückzuerstatten. Zum Glück hatte ich mit PayPal bezahlt und konnte dank des PayPal-Käuferschutzes mein Geld zurückbekommen. Ohne diesen Schutz hätte ich mein Geld wahrscheinlich nicht wieder gesehen. Bei diesem Verkäufer werde ich definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.
