After nine years on my 2017 Trek Madone…
After nine years on my 2017 Trek Madone 9.9, I knew a new bike was somewhere in my future, though I wasn’t in any rush. I had a very specific vision in mind: white — preferably pearl white — ideally with a matte finish, SRAM Force components, CeramicSpeed bearings, and a 55–56 size frame. I was initially considering brands like Specialized S‑Works, the new Madone, or Pinarello. Orbea wasn’t even on my radar simply because I didn’t know much about the brand.
That changed the day I walked into my local bike shop The Bike Place in Orlando for nothing more than a pair of cycling shoes. The sales associate mentioned a bike that had been sitting for a while and offered to show it to me. The moment I saw it, everything aligned — a pearl‑white matte Orbea aero bike, fully equipped with the exact components I had been searching for and more. And because I wasn’t actively shopping, he offered a deal I simply couldn’t walk away from.
I scheduled a fitting, took it out on the road, and from the very first ride I knew I had made the right decision. The immediate pedal response, the way it effortlessly holds speed, and the overall comfort and stability completely exceeded my expectations. It feels fast, refined, and incredibly well‑balanced — a true upgrade in every sense.

I had my Orbea Gain serviced recently…
I had my Orbea Gain serviced recently and upon returning home i saw that there was a part of some kind missing underneath the down tube. The dealer was not able to relocate that part so my option was to reach out to Orbea customer Service with a photo of where the missing part should be. To my surprise I received a very nice response from Kevin at Orbea client Service along with the specs/diagrams of my Gain M30 so I was able to locate the exact part number which I ordered and waiting to receive. I must admit that these days it is difficult to get good service after sale but Orbea was a very nice experience. BTW I absolutely love my Orbea Gain M30 bike. I would recommend Orbea to all my friends as these bikes are well built and ride like a dream.

It is my first gravel bike. I am in love with it. It is very lightweight, very good feeling to cycle. I have not used it much yet, 40 km daily work commuting and some gravel rides nearby. This bike is enough motivation to get me out moving.
I am woman 164 cm and I chose xs size. Very good fit for me.

Great bike for my needs
My Orbea dealer ordered me the Denna e gravel bike XS frame (ideal for me as I'm only 5'1" to 2" tall). I wanted a flat handlebar so he changed it for me. I'm very happy with the way the bike handles. It is a great quality build.
