I placed an order on 3rd July and have never received it, the tracking dose not work and emails go unanswered, avoid them at all costs don't waste your money

Ordered: MIVO Echoforce gaming headset from OSMO UK (Seth Global BV on PayPal) for 59.99GBP. I got sucked in by a good review in my Google feed but when they later offered delivery insurance alarm bells went off. Turns out I'd missed the Sponsored label. Eventual product received was SY-G45 headset, 3.55GBP on AliExpress (free delivery over £20) D'oh!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an EpiLuxe - it’s a waste of money and doesn’t remove hair. I’d like a full refund as it’s not fit for purpose, but I’m being given the run around by customer service. I think I’ll have to do a chargeback with my credit card company via PayPal.

CHEAP The charger did not fit the motor unit. The quality of the vacuum cleaner is really cheap. Very light for a cleaner.
BUYER BEWARE - if buying direct from the mfg, to return this it must be shipped back to the UK at buyers expense, which is about half the value of the purchase.

Don't waste your money!

Their after-sales service is satisfactory but the non-stick pan is totally useless and not recommended, ever!
They promised a refund 4 or 5 times, sent me a replacement pan, but it's still useless.
They showed a refund to my bank, but I never received it

Absolutely appalling. The worst company I've dealt with, bar none. No customer service communications, once they've got the money, that seems to be that. The end. I will never, ever, try to purchase anything from Osmo/Mivo again. How could they improve, I'm asked by the system? Get some customer service staff, make sure purchasers can find the contact details, rather than obscuring them, and respond promptly to communications. I can't say how good their products are, since I did not receive mine, but online reviews are not in the least encouraging.

Slow lead and delivery time and had to chase for updates. When it did arrive - looks great, it is light and good size - however the suction is so poor even on highest setting. Very disappointed in this product.

Firstly the delivery time it took to arrive was extremely poor & tracking communication was very bad.
The performance of the product does not meet the advertised expectations & is so bad with regard to suction power, it is frankly not fit for purpose & is in my opinion, a total waste of money !
Do not buy this product, unless you are prepared to be ripped off !!
I would like to return this product & receive a full refund, as I am totally disappointed in it’s capabilities & performance.

Slow delivery and the hand held vacuum cleaner is a joke, not even fit for a dolls house, This product is a complete waste of money, The suction power is incredibly poor despite the three power settings. Battey life is short. This product is heavy on design, looks and illuminated parts but very short on real practical use. Probably manufactured by some one who never does any house work. The actual vacuum is just so weak, there is little to no "draw" of any dust around the nozzle and it struggles to pull a cobweb off the wall. A total waste of money and as it comes from far East I am unlikely to be able to seek a full refund or return the item. My opinion, do not waste your money look elsewhere.

I purchased and successfully used this product once. I discovered a day later that the company sent me a discontinued model which did not have all the parts and features of the advertised product. I asked for a replacement and was refused.

Worse vacuum I every come across suction is pathetic is useless on carpets and rugs and not much better on wood or solid floors 😡

I was sucked in, pardon the pun, by fake reviews of the UK’s top 5 hoovers where the Osmo Provacuum was top of the list. Was a Halloween sale and reduced so bought it at £126, a bargain! It arrived a month later allegedly from Amsterdam and the whole thing is A SCAM!
Arrived in an unbranded box like a child’s toy, featherlight and in several bits of plastic. An obvious Chinese mass produced knock off! “Hoover” had no suction and lost 100% charge in just over 5 minutes. I kicked off and they offered a 30% refund to keep it and the usual Chinese jiggery pokery. I contacted my credit card company and miraculously got a full refund after a few days from Osmo. DO NOT BUY the thing is now in bits in the bin!!

Osmosis helped me out fast and fixed my problem faster. I would recommend the company with all my heart ❤️ buy the way I'm a real person.

I returned the product as it did not work. The after sales service was excellent and the full refund ( minus the shipping cost ) was arranged.

I brought this vacuum because like most people I saw it advertised on social media! It took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did I was shocked by the size of it! I actually asked the delivery driver if there was another box - it’s tiny!
Its construction is really poor (I’d liken it to a child’s toy!) The actual unit itself is faulty and the drum latch keeps opening on it own dumping dust & items it’s picked up everywhere! The attachments are awful, I’d say completely unusable! DON’T fall for it, this is a rubbish product and I am really disappointed and want to warn everyone DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON,T BUY THIS ITS A SCAM!

Got back to me quickly and gave me the solution right away.

We are still awaiting delivery of a hoover order placed on November 16th , on tracking it shows the order was received and processed on 20th but concerned as that was 9 days ago and still no delivery or notification of a delivery date . We were grateful and relieved to receive a (swift) reply when e mailed on the chat line and hopefully will receive our hoover in the next couple of days .

I think that since I immediately saw the addition of a second unit on my invoice I tried to cancel the order. I could do so online so I sent an email. The Support person responded within 2 hours and informed me that it had already shipped. I gave your guy a 4 rating because your fulfillment department is amazing. Business school could learn from your process, or maybe that is a standard response to people not wanting the additional unit so they have to return it in 14 days.

Long wait for delivery but good customer service response when enquired as to where my order was.
