I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. The treatment itself was very good, and I was happy with the therapist and the actual procedure. However, the booking experience was unfortunately very disappointing.
I initially contacted the clinic specifically to book the birthday microneedling treatment, since according to your rules it cannot be combined or booked alongside another treatment. Despite explaining this during the booking call, the receptionist only booked me for the additional treatment and not the birthday microneedling treatment itself.
As a result, when I arrived at the clinic, I found out I had only been booked for a 20-minute appointment, which completely defeated the purpose of my visit. I ended up wasting my time coming to the clinic due to the booking mistake, which was very frustrating.
I hope this feedback can help improve the booking process going forward, as the treatment quality itself was good, but the overall experience was negatively affected by the scheduling issue.

Great experience
The initial consultation was very helpful to understand what the Botox treatment will do and won’t do. And I appreciate the ability to have a consistent application each time so it is quick and easy. Very professional and high standard service
I’ve been going to N’age for Botox in my forehead and brows. The intake process goes extremely quick and professional. In Denmark, it’s required you are seen by a doctor before cosmetic treatment and you are granted two days to reconsider. Because n’age has several facilities I could get an appointment by the doctor right away and treatment as well.
I’ve been going there for a year now and I’m very happy with the service. Staff is well trained, they know what they are doing and they are very professional. After two weeks you are invited in for a check up after treatment and in my case I needed more, which they did without extra charge and with a smile.
Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have that little extra.
