In short? They're excellent.

I was charged £53 for something I never agreed too.
I payed a 1 year subscription, about £17 to sort out my car and never used it since.
I am a Pensioner and can't afford that money, I HAVE INFORMED CARLY BUT HAD NO REPLY.

Carly produced codes which don't exist

Complete waste of time and money, have moved to a professional platform in Launch system.

Good evening. I have had an engine malfunction message in my Alfa Brera for some time now. A few days after receiving it, I plugged in the scanner. All the lights on the dashboard lit up, and immediately after the temperature control unit lit up, it went out. So the air conditioning and heater stopped working!! Upon inspection at a garage, it turned out fuse F39 was blown due to the Carly!! I no longer trust your device and dare not use it again!!

Being honest here
Honestly, paying $120 per year doesn't seem justified if the service can't provide actionable solutions to vehicle problems, unless you have the smart mechanic option (which costs additional $$).
I can go to almost any auto parts store and have my vehicle scanned for trouble codes at no cost. If I still have to spend my own time researching those codes and figuring out the repair myself, I'm struggling to see the value in the subscription.
The real benefit should be helping users move beyond code reading and toward identifying likely causes, recommended repairs, and practical troubleshooting steps. Without that, it's difficult to justify the annual cost.

Only leaving a review as they keep spamming me to, had it for about 2 years. Both times i turned off auto renew and still had payments just be taken and not refunded. Software its self is ok. slow to connect but decent range of features.

We can assure you that we don't refuse cancellations. If you were charged and then canceled, you won’t be charged again once this period ends. Maybe you purchased on the web but only canceled in-app. This is an incorrect step according to how the app store operates. Sometimes, it happens that payment providers allow you to pay up to 30 days later (like with cc or Klarna), but this is not the purchase date. For us, the important date is the license date, not the payment date (as might come later to you).
