When I call them they told me was under review but they taking way to long also when I ask questions they making me feel that I have to beg for there services.. I’m about to cancel that application there is thousands or credit cards that I can choose and not let them treat me such way

The app itself is good. Does everything you need it to do. The service is great at first. You save big bucks. But after a few weeks, you dont save much at all. Avg of $2-$4 total? At that point, is it worth it? When theres a select amount of stations in my area.

Fee on Credit Card not Worth it
Over the last six months, the savings have decreased significantly. While the app is very user-friendly when we're filling up, the 1.5% fee for using a card often means it doesn't save us enough to justify using the app.

Hi Richard, we're sorry for the frustration. What you saw was most likely a temporary authorization hold, not an extra charge. We place a hold on credit and debit cards to make sure funds are available before fueling, and any unused amount is released once the transaction is complete or the fuel code is canceled. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for that update to show on your account.

To use the Mudflap app, pick a fuel stop from our map, tap the green button to get a fuel code, redeem your fuel code at the truck stop, and pump your fuel! Some stops will accept your code right at the pump. At others, you'll go inside and show the fuel desk your code. Once you get your code, you should see instructions in the app about where you use your code.
You can pay through the app using a bank account, debit card, or credit card. You can reach our 24/7 support team anytime at 1-888-885-3835 if you have any trouble. Thanks for using Mudflap!

Mudflap has quite a few features that other fuel apps don’t have. They are not the cheapest I have seen some other fuel apps that are $.21 cheaper on a daily basis. But I have been satisfied so far I have not signed up on the other apps to use yet.

Be careful with Mudflap,they will take money out of your account based on the word of a merchant who screwed up their numbers with no evidence whatsoever,we had an additional charge 3 weeks later saying we got more gallons than we were charged for even though we had a receipt and the fact that the truck in question does not even hold the amount of gallons they are saying we got,all these companies start out good then get greedy and mismanaged...typical,their discounts also are getting less and less im finding regular pump prices now lower than theirs,so ill be phasing them out and wont be recommending them to anyone,thanks for reading....
