After working with Mozio’s B2B affiliate portal for over two years and placing numerous bookings for our clients, we are forced to terminate our partnership due to repeated operational failures and unfair partner policies.

Recently, we experienced two separate incidents where Mozio’s local suppliers failed to deliver. In both cases, our clients arrived at the airport strictly on time, but no driver ever showed up.

While Mozio’s support team responded quickly—advising our clients to take alternative transport and opening an investigation—quick support does not fix the root issue: Mozio works with unreliable vendors who leave passengers stranded and ruin the customer experience.

The business impact on our agency has been severe:

Client Churn & Financial Loss: Frustrated by these disruptions, both clients lost trust in our agency, canceled all their remaining travel arrangements with us, and will not return.

Zero Commission Protection: While Mozio rightfully refunded the clients in full, they refused to protect our partner commission or hold their supplier accountable to compensate us. We invested time, labor, and live handling into these bookings, only to absorb 100% of the loss for a failure entirely caused by Mozio's vendor.

Mozio's current B2B model places the financial and reputational risk of their supplier errors squarely on the shoulders of their affiliates. Good support speed cannot make up for bad business practices. We strictly advise other travel agencies and affiliates to think twice before partnering with Mozio in their current structure.
