The sample was very small
The sample was very small. It's hard to get a good impression of 100m2 floor based on a sample of 20x20cm.

Thank you for your feedback.
We understand your concern. A sample is intended to help assess the colour, texture and finish of the floor, but we appreciate that a 20 x 20 cm sample may not always provide a complete impression of how the floor will look across a larger area such as 100 m².
Your comments are valuable and will be shared with the relevant team as we continuously look for ways to improve our products and services.
