The store is great and the staff is amazing!

It was the worst shopping experience in my life.
The website interface is completely confusing and unintuitive. Filling out the form was a real challenge — it was unclear what to enter and where.

Then it turned out that the information provided on the site was misleading. It said that I would receive a PDF file as a gift card, but instead I got just a plain text email, which looked unprofessional and disappointing.

On top of that, it was impossible to add a proper message or description to the gift card — only a few words were allowed, and there was no hint or warning about this limitation. No error message appeared either, so I wasted time trying to fix something that was not even explained.

Overall, the whole process felt poorly designed, deceptive, and extremely frustrating. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I didn't receive any updates about the whereabouts of my package, and wouldn't know it had arrived at the store if I hadn't went there to ask about it.

I ordered a kpop album and it was supposed to be delivered today.
NOBODY ringed and now I'M the one who's supposed to go get it from their point, you've got to be kidding me💀

Didn't deliver ordered CD set and now won't refund

I ordered a 7-CD set from them and paid immediately via credit card. Now I get a message that delivery of the order has been postponed indefinitely. But they won't refund the money I paid. They say I have to wait for arrival of the CDs, but there is no date for when that will be. It could be next year, or over 5 years, or never.
