The worst customer service and delayed delivery
The worst customer service , they are rude and have zero understanding. The website repeatedly use lies about the 24 hours delivery but they recently never deliver anything in 24 hours time frame , not even 48 or 72 hours ! They have logistic issues with PostNL , and instead of solving the problem or changing the shipping company they justify the reasons of delaying while in their websites says next day delivery …. It’s been like this for a few months now . Their customer service in Belgium is extremely rude and mean as well ! I’ve been their client for 8 years and been spending hundreds on their shop but I am going to boycott them for such awful service !

Vorige week was er een extreme situatie vanwege het hete weer. PostNL heeft zoals vermeld in onze eerste mails hun best gedaan alle pakketten zo snel mogelijk te leveren. We betreuren de situatie en u bent uiteraard vrij ergens anders te bestellen. Wij reageren niet graag op het gevloek in uw mails. We zien dat uw nieuwe bestelling van gisteren vandaag gelukkig gewoon aangekomen is.
