Bad customer service
If only you did not chose to work with such a terrible delivery company as Ceva logistica who, almost a month after an order which was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 7 days, still have not showed up despite having taken three appointments with them to do so.
Your customer service does not give a damn and keep telling me that they urge them to call me. I did not want them to call me I wanted them to keep their own appointment and not let me waiting all day three times for them.
Unfortunately this combo means I won't be giving mediaworld a second chance

It was great
It was great. Just the store needs chairs for waiting customers. I got a nice laptop but waited along time to collect my documents and make the purchase. Staff were amazingly helpful

They cheat you out of VAT refunds!
I went to MediaWorld to buy a Dyson air purifier. After asking several staff, they pointed me to a man, who when I asked for help, told me to take a number from the machine. I am a kind person and asked nicely. The number being served never changed. Finally, someone took pity on me and found a staff member. I told him I wanted the Dyson HP1 and needed a VAT tax form for a refund of Italy's 22% VAT. He gave me all the paperwork. And then I paid. The cashier took my paperwork and didn't give it back to me. I only noticed after I finished lunch. I walk back to get the paperwork and the cashier says she doesn't have it. So another cashier fills out the form. And writes my passport number down wrong. I notice this when I go to get my VAT refund and was told because my passport number was wrong, I could not receive my VAT refund. Lesson: this store has deplorable staff and messes up every way, so you can't get your VAT tax refund. No one can make this many mistakes and not have an agenda. GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY!

I bought television at mediaworld in mutibello close to voghera..on the 06/06/2026 they gave me the television without Cartton..and when I got home I put the television on light and I found out that the television screen is bad I took the television back to mediaworld and they said they are not going to change the television for me
