I got sold defective AirPods Pro 3, came back within an hour, didn’t do sh#t and told me that I can’t replace it do anything there

I bought a phone a few months ago and it came with a defect, which i can only fix by paying more money.
Now, 3 WEEKS ago i bought a laptop from them and the sound just broke down, even though i did not destroy it, which i also can only fix by paying more money.
This was bought in zgorzelec, media expert. HORRIBLE !

While my fist orders to Chorzow and Katowice were fine, my latest order in Warsaw is a disaster. Its a washing machine, i ordered a delivery at specific date, came to Warsaw and waited at the address. Received two other courier deliveries however mediaexpert sent me email claiming I hadn't been home and delivery is rescheduled to another day. They apparently think I have nothing else to do then to come every day to another city to longingly wait for their mysterious courier who has no idea of how to use intercom or phone.
This is the worst shopping experience i can imagine when it comes to appliance

They are able to sell you broken products without the possibility to return or expect any help. They just point to the producer. Thank you for giving us your money and goodluck with your crappy products.

They offer mony back from LG. When you are abel to check thuis my television is not in that list. The salesperson told us 300 to 400 zloty. Reaction in the shop : We have to put thuis discount offer behoren every television. No sorry Just disonesty. Never shop thee.

Ease if use, and helpful suggestions for upgrades and accessories

Extremely bad customer service, staff seem always in a hurry, attitude of take it or leave it, i was so ready to purchase at the spot but thanks to the bad service I toke my business else where.

Worst store ever. Ordered here motherboard and box was fully broken. My motherboard looks like its used 10 TIMES MINIMUM.

Ordered a TV from them, everything went well at first, we checked it together before I took it home, the staff was very nice, issue is we didn't think nor did the staff I guess cause I very much doubt any malice, to take off the small pieces of cardboard taped to the screen protection foil on it, beneath one of them there was a bunch of dead pixels which due to location in the corner near the edge I only noticed later that night when in a dark room white screen highlighted the issue to me. I called and submitted a repair/replacement request immediately on the next working day. The response to which was that due to a certain norm the tv is ok if less than some pixels are broken. Thing is, far more pixels were broken, which tells me nobody even took a look at it and tried to blow me off. After complaining of the treatment and requesting that they give me the name/number of the specific norm they were referring to as no such norm existed for miniLED TV's just the OLED ones. I was promptly moved to another person who told me to order a courier and they will take care of it, then 2 days later on a Friday I get an e-mail that they had made, a mistake, the message wasn't meant for me (which explains why it's was adressed to a woman) and that I am not to give the TV to the courier. So I didn't, I was told to wait for a contact with the repair service as it's a brand new purchase. I waited 3 days (5 if you count the weekend) and received no contact from anyone, calling back I was then pointed to a repair shop, talking with the man, I was told, they were only informed of the repair the day before, on a Tuesday, it is Wednesday. The TV has been sitting in a box in my house for good few days and I was told i'm likely to wait more. I deeply regret not simply returing it rather than engaging in the repair process. I will not be purchasing from Media Expert ever again, and I will make sure to steer away anyone I know from it as well.

I ordered a Philco induction hob from Media Expert together with their paid installation service.

The technician didn't plug the hob into the socket meant for this appliance — he just connected it to the nearest available outlet, which now makes it impossible to push the kitchen countertop back into place.

The proper socket is in a less convenient spot, and that's exactly why I ordered the installation — so a specialist would handle it.

The hob also didn't fit the cutout in the countertop, and the technician did nothing about it. Media Expert's website doesn't list the dimensions of the recessed lower part of the hob, so I had no way to check at purchase whether it would actually fit. That was another reason I ordered the installation — so the technician could enlarge the cutout if needed.

He took the packaging with him but left the rest of the debris on the floor.

Avoid the paid installation. It's not what they advertise.

Be careful. Even when paying with credit card this store wont honor refunds back to credit card. Pure scam. Not recommended. They also have false advertising and you won’t get most promotions.

I bought an Amazon Fire TV stick from ME online store with a pick up from a local branch. The item that I received had an account from previous user. It was password protected so I could not do anything but return it where it came from. ME store did not want to take my return but helped me filling out the return form. I had to post my return myself though. It is a shame because I needed this stick for entertainment during my hols.

I bought a TV for a birthday, paid to have it delivered on a specific day and time. Didn't hear anything, no sms no confirmation. I called them multiple times, they had no clue, all they could do is "email" I heard that same riddle about 50x it eventually took my almost 7 weeks to get back my money, constantly talking about how they need to email some other department.. Eventhough it's unlawful to withhold a refund under these circumstance. I earn minimum income and they put me in deel trouble. Don't ever pay anything upfront with this company.

I wont buy from This store again because your commercial keeps saying the same thing and she looks like a horse! Fat dude with a beard makes me sick to my stomach! Everyone is tired of them so I won’t spend my 100k with you because of that! Take care:) love ❤️

I bought a Prebuilt Gaming set up from them and it took 7 days to arrive. Upon arrival I tried it but it was faulty and not working. I called them and they said they’ll send someone 2 days later to pick it up and send it to the service station for 7 days. I waited for the person just to get an email from him saying that I wasn’t home when I was waiting at home all day and when I called him, he said “I was at the end of my shift snd got lazy”.

So I returned the pc at the nearest branch and they said it’ll take 30 days to be fixed at service station.

So I paid in full amount the pc price and received a faulty one. Instead of immediately replacing it, they want to take 30 days to give me back a fixed faulty pc. I just asked for a refund from the store and the refund process was fast and I got my money back next day.

Do not buy anything here over 2000PLN.

Don’t buy anything from here. If it breaks, you’re stuck with it. They stall until the warranty expires and never provide a solution. I sent an automatic cat litter box for shipping seven times, and each time they returned it without any intervention. Terrible service. As I said, go buy from Euro, OleOle, Neonet, etc. Don’t buy anything from here.

Over the past few months, I bought electronics, an iPhone, and MacBook on this website for few thouthands of dollars. Once they didn’t send part of my order worth $25, and I wrote to them about it. That’s when the nightmare began – for two months I was bombarded with calls and emails from their managers. In the end, they resent the wrong item worth about $50 – a pile of boxes that took up half of my apartment. And now they keep calling me, demanding that I return these boxes at my own expense. Avoid them.
