Poor support quality
The support quality is very poor. Every time I try to send a message and ask a question, it becomes a nightmare for me.
Currently, I'm transferring all my accounts to a new bank, and it's a painful process too. I am looking forward to completing the transfer as soon as possible.

Amazing service
Amazing attention from all the employes I have the possibility to talk or ask questions, they always take the time to answer the questions and even though you cannot understand anything, they will try to explain it to you in the most simple way.
Compared with other banks I have experienced in Denmark, this was the best, super expat-friendly.

So much for "reply within 24 hours"
So much for "reply within 24 hours", it has been 18 days for 1 inquiry, and 3 since a request for setting up a meeting, both with no response at all.
This "service" hardly inspires confidence in having an account with this bank.
