All went well with using Local Surveyors Direct Ltd, I had plenty of response to my request that was a quite specific requirement, both in terms of the work I needed to be done, and the size of the job and time scale. Of the ten companies that responded all were sensible and local, one obviously meet my requirements, and I a have already had a meeting with them, they have reviewed the job, and I awaiting a quote for work I require to be done, which I will have in a few days time, which is great.

Plagued by calls after stupidly giving my real telephone number and email address. Avoid or useca burn number. And I still diddne get a free rebuild cost valuation. GIVE IT A MISS

None of the businesses you recommended were what I would regard as local.

None of the fees on line are correct, the actually cost is a lot more

E mail one company . No reply. Called the next one and left voice mail nothing . The only who did e mail wants £30.00 more than what I have now booked

I really did not expect my details to be passed to every single surveyor in the country. It’s presented as a tool to get quotes, but it uses all your data to send enquiries to every single surveyor which is crazy. My email has been spammed with emails, i had at least 4 calls in one day, and a couple of scam messages already. Big mistake, I will try to get my data removed now one by one from those surveyors and this website.

I wanted a topographic survey and although I asked each surveyor for this explicitly they came back with quotes for a house survey

Difficult to get hold of surveyors and those that i did promised to ring back and I'm still waiting, and those that I did get hold of would not honour the price quoted.
Bit of a waste of time.

I got 6 quotes & straight away I got a couple of emails which I replied to & got a survey booked for next week, brilliant.

It would seem that I have a good selection of surveyors to choose from. I'm not ready to proceed yet, but I like what I have received so far and have enough information to make an informed choice when the time is right.

Quick and easy site to use to find specialist services. Had rapid responses from a number of local EPC assessors. I chose Kai Harper based on his reviews. Kai was very professional, courteous and informative. First class job at a fair price.

The site provided plenty of responses, of which I have selected one. I may comment further after the survey has been done.

I used this site and a local structural engineer at Regis UK Properties Ltd contacted me next day and came on the same day which was a bank holiday to inspect my property. Dr Jason was polite, knowlegable, reasonably priced and has continued to offer advice and support even after receiving payment. I would highlighly recommend. Dr Jason picked up so many issues with the building works that even building control failed to do.
