Shocking quality work for this price Football top.

Had personalised and 1 wash name peeled off, sent this back and had to re order (despite original shirt having 20%off had to pay full price for replacement) Back in December.

Ordered the new jersey a few weeks back with badge as an extra for my sons birthday. It arrived with badge hanging off only to be told from customer service to iron it back on myself.

Paying over £100 for goods do not expect such poor service and terrible quality.

Son was very upset on his birthday as a result, when I told customer service they couldn't care less.

Shame they dont care about fans when Liverpool FC means the world to my son , we are just a number.

Liverpool FC new shop is superb

Liverpool FC new shop is superb! It's much bigger than before and is around the 15th time we've visited. All the items you could want are there. Staff need to be a little more smiley and greet customers, they lack in this way. Overall for a fan shopping and visiting the stadium, it's top top draw!

Spent about an hour trying to cancel my membership. Was sent round and round and finally told the money would be taken and then I would be emailed on how to cancel……nothing after a month.

The problem is you then forget for next season too, feels like a trap.
No point in being a member - almost impossible to get tickets. And can’t cancel……difficult club to deal with.

Don't care about fans

The general sale for Brentford started Monday. This was for people who attended 4+ games last season. Normally 3+ would be next day, 2+ next day and so on.

But they have waited until Friday to do 3-, meaning they won't reach the lower threshold before Sunday's game. And it will all be a last minute rush, for those who do get them. They just couldn't be bothered.

Season Ticketing Team unhelpful

While I love the club and have been a supporter for over 50 years, I hate how the club is run.

Renewal of Season tickets is a nightmare, the whole ticketing team are obstructive and unhelpful, they don’t help and take a “computer says no” attitude.

They hate Season ticket holders as we are not as lucrative as day trippers, despite the Long term season ticket holders being the backbone of the atmosphere in the ground.

Liverpool retail store online store do not recommend

I am a lifelong Liverpool supporter, but the way I have been treated by LFC Retail and Supporter Services is heartbreaking. I purchased an LFC 3rd kit that arrived with major printing defects. When I contacted them, their official advice was for me to try and fix a brand-new, expensive item myself with a household iron. I am disabled and physically cannot use an iron—something I have told them before, as this is not my first bad experience with them.

Also to mention having 5 calls within 10mins then to receive a email saying they want me to buy the replacement shirt. Never experienced that from any company honestly disgusting behaviour from Liverpool FC retail online store

I bought multiple shirts last season and the numbers are already coming off. My experience is that if you are going to buy a Liverpool shirt, do not get a name on it; the quality is poor and the staff simply do not care about the fans or customers.

It is a total disrespect to pay high prices for these shirts only for staff to suggest using an iron to repair damage they caused through a lack of care. We should not have to do their job for them. Even after telling them I cannot iron due to my disability, they repeatedly suggested it. I do not expect this from the club I love. The motto is "You’ll Never Walk Alone," but the staff in the retail department clearly do not follow that.

As a fan with a physical disability, being forced through a difficult and unnecessary replacement process—rather than a simple exchange—caused me severe and unnecessary physical pain that could have been entirely avoided. Despite being fully aware of my condition and the physical distress their process caused me, the club’s response has been cold and unprofessional, denying me my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Mixed signals

Mixed signals. Bought a LFC Home Jersey at stadium store at matchday against Burnley. We were short towards kickoff and in a hurry so didnt notice that custom print was with wrong font and placed way too high at neck.
Next day, we wen’t to store at Liverpool One, immediately aknowledging that print was bad, nevertheless not able to help since store was not part of stadium store.
Tried LFC Store at St. Johns Center, since going to Anfield to return was not in my time schedule nor interest. They did not hesitate a second in also aknowledging the bad case and print me a new Jersey with right and proper placed print. Brilliant service, very happy with that part. Crucial is not whether mistakes are made, instead how they are solved. All in all, happy with my new shirt.

Brodie’s Hospitality – A Day I’ll Never Forget.

I attended Liverpool FC’s Brodie’s hospitality lounge at Anfield yesterday as a present from my son and his wife, and it was a truly memorable experience.

The food was very good and well presented and plenty of, the complimentary drink at half-time was a nice added touch. All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout, which really added to the enjoyment of the day.

Although the Liverpool v Leeds match ended 0–0, the occasion itself more than made up for the lack of goals. It was my very first game at Anfield, making it all the more special. My son and I travelled down from Dundee, Scotland leaving at 7am and arriving in Liverpool around midday. Before the match we laid flowers at the 97 memorial, which was a very moving and important moment for us.

My only small criticism would be that there didn’t appear to be quite enough seating in the lounge for the number of guests attending, plenty seats empty with a jacket or jersey in place, aside from that, everything was excellent and I’d certainly hopefully be in attendance again.

Overall, a fantastic hospitality experience at Brodie’s and a day I will always remember. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking to make a matchday at Anfield truly special.

My order is lost twice!!

My order is lost twice!!! EVRI and LFC online is a recipe for disaster. I needed items for Christmas presents and now it's ruined. I never going to order from LFC online again. Refund takes 1-2 weeks so I'm now out of money to buy replacement presents for Christmas. Thanks for ruining my Christmas.

WOW!

a) COME ON LIVERPOOOOL and b) when I did the tour with my family it was INCREDIBLE. Spoiler alert: we could sit where REAL PLAYERS have sat in the changing room, nice and quiet, learnt loads about the history. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

One star because I can't give zero

One star because I can't give zero . Why is my team being allowed be ruined by the Slott . He won the league with the previous management team along with driving Alexander Arnold out first then ripping the team apart taking all the fluency out of the football which Salah thrived on then the same Salah is being the blame for this team being crap after all the money spent on sub standard signings

Don’t trust them to get anything right!

Quite possibly the worst customer care and service I’ve experienced.
Ordered a couple of hoodies from them initially which never arrived. After 2 weeks they claimed the package was lost in the post via delivery partner Evri.
Then I reordered the items to be delivered to the USA having selected UPS to deliver and paying the charge. 2 days later I receive a message saying that I owe $85 in taxes/tariffs to send anything to the US. Nothing is clear on their website and they take no responsibility. Making it clear that an additional payment will be required for USA deliveries is clearly beyond this incompetent bunch. The customer service was woeful on both occasions. Order at your own peril.

Still a terrible experience from the LFC Store

Another disappointing experience from the LFC Store. I genuinely don’t understand how a multi-million-pound business can have such a poor-functioning website — in the world of e-commerce, this has to be one of the worst I’ve ever used.

When you finally manage to place an order, prepare yourself for awful service levels. Items take ages to arrive, even if you’ve paid for premium delivery, which ends up being no faster than standard. Customer service takes days to reply (if at all), and returns are painfully slow — around six weeks from sending the item back to seeing the money in your account. You have to constantly chase, with little to no response.

They issue “credit memos” instead of refunds, which then take another 5–7 days to process into your bank. When you complain, you’re met with silence — no acknowledgement, no ownership, no apology.

It’s frustrating because I want to support the club, but every time I order from the LFC Store, it’s the same story. You end up regretting it. There are plenty of other places to buy official LFC products — and until they sort themselves out, I’d recommend using them.
