FitAid Recovery has been my Go To for years! It helps my body feel replenished and recovered after every workout. It’s a staple in my fridge and gym bag.

Use of Erythritol....

I recently found out that erythritol is being linked to cardiovascular issues like blood-clots, stroke and heart attacks. It seems to activate the platelets in charge of clotting the bloodstream, which is not good. These energy drinks only have 4g of it, but your erythritol levels stay elevated for many days. I can sometimes work 16-24 hour shifts and it WAS common for me to have 2 of these a day to keep moving and awake. I wouldn't go crazy, but I could have 4-6 per week. For context, I'm 6' tall, 170lbs and 37 years young.

Supposedly, Erythritol is only 50%-70% the sweetness of sugar. Use organic cane sugar and you'll be at less than 5g of sugar. I would be all over it.

I love most of the products, and they seem to be very "health" geared, but ingredients should be kept simple and real. Nothing fancy. Keep it wholesome and real.

If the recipe moves towards wholesome and simple, I'll come back in a heartbeat. Until then, I have 2 cases of drinks to figure out what to do with.

Love the drinks both energy and recovery. There is no shaking or rapid heartbeat with the energy drinks. Knowing it's got clean ingredients is also the best thing. Energy drinks are bad, this one isn't.
