Best Price I Found, But Beware the "Tax and Fees" Tacked on After Checkout
Although Lens.com did end up being the best price, the pricing is very tricky online. Bear with me for a little math for a moment. In my cart screen, it lists 8 boxes for a total of $331.92 after rebate but before taxes and shipping & handling. Before rebate that amount should be $621.92 plus the $9.95 for shipping and handling and unknown tax in cart. Only when I FINISH checkout do I see the final charge is $817.55! When I called, I was informed they charge tax at $23.21 PER BOX! Wait, what!? The tax rate where I live is 7%, which should be $43.53, not the $185.68 total in taxes they charged me. In fact, contact lenses are exempt from Indiana sales tax. Called again, now the "tax" was explained as a "tax and fees" charge to cover things like calling the doctor for the prescription (which they didn't do because I uploaded it). So I do almost all the work and am charged almost $200 for making it convenient for them!?
Sorry, never again for me, I prefer transparent pricing.

Placed an order July 17th for contact lenses. Paid for expedited shipping. Guarantted delivery by July 21st. Received a tracking number from DHL order arrival date eta July 24 through August 3rd. Spoke with Lens.com customer service requesting a new order be overnighted. Their solution: PAY FOR THE OVERNIGHT EXPRESS DELIVERY! They LIED about their expedited shipping delivery date! My best expereince have been with 800 CONTACTS!

They added a ridiculous 40% to my order right at checkout and claimed it was a fee for servicing my order. I ended up canceling my order, they are a big scam.
