Scam company
Unfortunately, this company is a scam... :( Do not order any service from them, otherwise you will also burn yourself. Currently the case is with the Finnish Consumer Protection Authority since they tricked us.
We basically lost our paid holiday days from work which we had to take due to the installation work, and they just cancelled their visits in last minute.
In nutshell; we have agreed with them on the installation dates but every time on the previous day they sent the same sms message that "due to sickness" they cannot complete the work...
The "sickness" usually came after the ice hockey world cup final night, "Juhannus" week, etc... we ordered the work in springtime and they´re not able to complete before autumn...A company with zero ethics/ responsibility.
In addition to this, they even request your very private, confidential social security number when you order the work…hilarious and they do not have any data protection policy in place.
