My KuKirin G2 was marked as shipped on August 28 or 27th, but as of September 6 my tracking number FF01170057 still doesn’t work and shows no information. I contacted the situation because I’m worried about whether my scooter is actually on the way, but I still don’t have a clear tracking update.
I really hope the scooter arrives, because I don’t want to say the company is a scam without knowing what is actually happening. But right now the lack of tracking and communication is making me very worried. Please fix my tracking number or provide a working one and give me a clear update on my order.

We had a small technical problem with the accelerator lever shortly after receiving our new KuKirin G2 scooter. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and responsive. They sent us a replacement accelerator lever and, as an apology for the inconvenience, they also sent us a nice gift.
The two items were sent in separate packages, and both arrived safely.
I really appreciate how they handled the situation and took care of us as customers.

2 scooters ordered, pretty fast shipping, both scooters works great. Only downside is on m4 max, which did not climb very steep hill(about 22 angle) with me riding(78kg).
Edit: G2 ultra climbs that hill with no problem(about 22° and 500m long to Puijo peak), so my wife took the m4 and she climbs the same hill with that nicely.

Website didnt say they didnt have the scooter i wanting and still let me order!! when i tried to cancel the customer support was soooo bad. Told them on 3 occasions to cancel my order and refund me but they still tried to pressure me to keep my order despite me advising to cancel it.
