I have a KTM 690 R. The part that has to be changed is not in stock in Austria! The bike is at the shop now for over 1 and a half month and it might take 2-3 weeks or more to get the part! Seriously you need to move guys your reputations is on the thin ice.

would like to leave a review of KTM France and KTM 34 to Maugio of the Suttel group to indicate the bad faith they show because having bought a KTM carbon part 350€ with a new motorbike this part being of more than doubtful quality with a flagrant defect KTM France and its dealer refuse to change it because for them there is no defect....
I have contacted another KTM dealer who agrees with me that this part has a defect.
This dispute despite several attempts on my part to find an amicable solution will end up in court.
If you want to buy a KTM or have your KTM serviced, don't contact KTM France or the KTM dealer in Maugio SUTTEL MOTORS GROUP, these people are not dealers but thieves.

je souhaite laisser un avis sur KTM France et KTM 34 a Maugio du groupe Suttel pour indiquer la mauvaise fois dont ils font part car ayant acheté une pièce carbone KTM 350€ avec une moto neuve cette pièce étant de qualité plus que douteuse avec un défaut flagrant KTM France et son concessionnaire refuse de la changer parce que pour eux il n'y a pas de défaut....
j'ai contacté un autre distributeur KTM qui lui est d'accord avec moi pour dire que cette pièce a un défaut.
Ce litige malgré plusieurs tentative de ma part pour trouver une issue amiable va se finir au tribunal .
bref si vous désirez acheter une KTM ou faire entretenir votre KTM ne vous adressez ni a KTM france ni a son concessionnaire KTM a Maugio SUTTEL MOTORS GROUP ces personnes ne sont pas des commerçants mais des voleurs.

Wrost brand ever try. I have my 125 duke 2019 in service from 1st August and is 24 september! 2 months for 1 part from piston! This never happen with other brands! So manny dealers in Europe and they don't have parts for exchange. They keep giving me dates like 20th august, 15th to 20th September than, the part arrive on 23th call us on 25, today they just told me that they can't give a date. Unprofessional, i will change the brand for sure

E-bikes rubbish. It’s the third KTM ebike we have gone through. They sold them to us in Switzerland as heavy duty ebikes for the Swiss mountains. Well the first one worth about £3000 never worked. We spent an extra £400 for a fix that never worked. Managed to sell it for £250. The second one the motor has died and I haven’t even had an answer from KTM customer service. The third one a KTM machina sport in which the fork is blocking after 4 months. They asked if we use it or keep it outside. Well, it sleeps in a new shed and it’s a hybrid touring bike; we don’t go around our bedroom with it. It lives in England where it rains.
