Absolutely Fabulous. As a guy who truly appreciates the finer things in the feminine world of fine clothing this gown and nightdress is soooo luxurious. The professional staff at Kafemme were also so helpful and couldn’t be more considerate towards my specific body shape. Posted in plain packaging too. The Dahlia set is completely worth every penny and will purchase again in the future. ❤️

Hello, I had a wonderful experience with the support team, so I’m leaving in Dubai, and where I’m from we don’t have a Kafemme shipment, one of my close friends asked me to make an order from Kafemme to Dubai, and then ship to our country, when I have received money there were discounts, but I forgot to make an order, after 4-5 days when Ramadan has finished I tried to make an order but the sale was over and price change was 330$ I typed to support team of Kafemme they made special discount for me and the price was same as Ramadan sale, I appreciate that and putting 5 stars to them!

I have been buying from Kafemme for a long time, since they were on Etsy, & have now started buying from their website directly. Their work is always exceptional quality, & they have made custom tailored silk nightgowns to detailed specifications for me, right in my size that fit perfectly, and beautiful pure silk & lace robes. The items they design are incredibly flattering & drape gorgeously, I honestly have stopped shopping anywhere else for nightwear as I have not found any other store with as lovely a design aesthetic and silhouette for the nightgowns.

I always look forward to their new designs, and their items make incredible gifts as well. They have worked very closely with me on customization options, even sending me pictures of the silk fabric before the tailors began work. I used to never want to wear lace nightgowns either because most lace tends to be itchy and uncomfortable, but the lace they use is very soft and comfortable, so their lace and silk / silk nightgowns are very gentle to wear and literally the only things I ever sleep in now.

The silk also lasts and doesn't start pilling or coming apart after some washes, unlike other silk nightgowns I've bought from other places. I mostly wash my gowns using my machine on a cold/delicates wash and hang-dry, occasionally dry clean, and I wear them a lot so they've withstood a lot of wear and washing over time. Dry cleaning also made my 1 or 2-year old gowns as good as new, possibly better. Comparatively, I had supposedly 100% silk nightgowns from another store I used to shop at that started pilling after maybe 6 months, possibly less.

Customer service is always exceptional, personal and warm, and they have gone above and beyond whenever there are shipping issues or potential delays, as can be the case these days given the region in which they are working. They respond promptly and are very communicative if you ever have any questions. Everything is always sent in a lovely, carefully packed box with ribbons and a note.

In short, this is really an exceptional company that does tremendous work, provides amazing service and will make you beautiful clothing that not only lasts, but feels incredibly light and luxurious. I'm grateful to have found them and always grateful for their personal and generous service.

Don't be conned! The website looks great and the Audra Black Silk Robe & Nightgown is nice, but there are equally good and less expensive brands available in the UK that mean you won't have to deal with the excessive Duty, VAT & UPS handling fee levied on top. This amounted to an additional 38% on top of the price for the garments. VAT at 20% I accept. I wanted to return the items when I realised it would amount to this but Kafemme flatly refused a return, "because it's pure silk". How come? UPS are a nightmare: spent an hour on the telephone being passed from pillar to post trying to obtain an explanation for the charges, without success. Overall an expensive mistake.

Kafemme has an outstanding customer support! I received my order very quickly as promissed. The robe I’ve ordered suited perfectly and I am also really glad that quality of material is really stunning. It’s my favorite loungewear store and I will definitely buy here again!

I have made several purchases from this company. I am beyond happy with every single purchase. The seller is very responsive and seeks to understand exactly what the buyer wants. This seller also has phenomenal communication skills, she responds quickly, and wants to make sure her customers are satisfied. I plan on making many, many more purchases from this seller. Definitely my favourite store from now. Fabulous customer service. Delivery as promised. No doubt quality of material is extremely high no compromises. I will be returning again to buy more there are definitely more gowns that attract the eye.

I have bought several Robs for Kafemme.
These are high end robs and outstand quailty of workmanship but in to these garments The lace that is use is outstanding. French seams are used to assemble theses Robs together .
As I am a tall person I get mine made to measure without any problem. They fit like a glove... Can't recommend these enough I will be adding a few more to my collection at some point.

I bought the Santorini Satin Nightgown for my wife as a gift on New Years Eve and i was amazed at the delicate pattern and the attention to detail on this piece. It's like it was done to perfection and tailored exactly to my needs and fits absolutely perfectly. The material is from a different world of luxury and is just the best quality. This quality is very rare and you will definitely be in for a surprise of just "wow". The service is just top notch and you are treated like a king when ordering. Would definitely buy from here again. They will not fail you ever.
