Movers lost one of the rubber feet on my JS. Could not find the size on Amazon. Had to pay $25 plus dollars and buy a pack of five. Know it probably makes no economical sense to sell them individually, but it would be a nice customer service gesture.

The rebounder was packaged very securely. Setting it up was a breeze. It is very well made and super secure. It has been used every day since it has arrived. Love, love, love it! The rebounder is going to be a great workout for me! Thanks for making such a great product! I got the 44” and love the extra space!

I purchased the 39 Pro & am very pleased with the size & quality of the rebounder. Delivery was quick & assembly was very easy to do. Im just starting out with rebounding & am really enjoying it.

A couple of things I was corresponding with a young lady by the name of Karen who got back to me right away I was putting my legs on all of them were successful except for one.. At times she got back to me I had completed the legs .. The legs are on and I'm jumping thank you Karen🥰

Good company, great customer service, always giving you the option to delay a shipment if you don’t need it yet. I always feel good knowing I’m replacing my electrolytes after a hard workout. Taste is good.

Great rebounder. Purchase and delivery was super speedy. I bought it as a gift and she is going to love it.

The customer service is awful. My letter with the questions about exchange of the rebounder 39 Pro was never answered.

I did a lot of research before choosing a rebounder and JumpSport has lived up to my expectations... very well made and a pleasure to use. And I did not have to wait long, delivery was fast.

I was very impressed with the fact that I ordered a stability bar but I had not ordered a rebounder from JumpSport and they reached out to me to clarify since they had no order on record for me. I let them know that I did buy an official JumpSport Pro from a garage sale and wanted a stability bar and they were happy to put it through. I also connected with the online chat person previous to that and she was absolutely fantastic and actually gave me the best ideas of how to handle my situation for the best financial situation and she nailed everything perfectly and suggested things that I would have never thought of. So from the aspect of customer support I would give you an A+. I also absolutely love my JumpSport rebounder and the quick release compact handlebar. I will definitely recommend JumpSport to anyone who asks

The shipping was really fast. I ordered Wednesday, and had my JumpSport and bar on Saturday! Assembly was easy. I am Pleased with my purchase

...another element to add to my movment & fit routine; at 69 jumping is right on time to agitate, strengthen and align...to feel strong...oh and fine!..

There are some issues with the bolts on one of the legs, and the person I spoke with informed me that I should try removing the bolts from the legs that fit. There is still no resolution to the issues, and I tried using the bolt from the handle, and that also did not work.
I chose this one because I did not want to assemble anything that would be time-consuming.
I am asking for a refund.
Additionally, she stated that you do not do quality checks on products before shipping, which in itself is bad.

The customer service was excellent. My package was missed delivered and the company made sure that it was able to get to me. The communication was excellent. This is how a company should be run. I’m very happy with my replacement chords. I will definitely be back to buy something from JumpSport, very happy.

Ordered on Monday and received on Friday! I love my jumpsport pro 44"! The bright pink is awesome and this trampoline is way better than the bcan octagon.

I absolutely love my JumpSport Pro! I can’t say enough good things about it. It was definitely a great purchase!

The jumpsport was easy to install. Happy with it. Unfortunately, I also ordered a handlebar which came with a missing extension piece so I am not able to assemble. I am hesitant to use the trampoline without the bar. Poor coordination.
