Customer service has coordinated with the factory and sent the correct order to me within a week. The Tori doll is amazing. I was told the delivery company will come to recycle the previous wrong order, but customer service hasn't responded ever since. I would appreciate the respond time to be faster.

I ordered a Tori curvy doll, but ended up receiving only a petite torso. It is very different from the picture, the legs and thigh are so thin, either the photo is a scam or these guys got me the wrong order. I have sent the complaints let's see what's going on.

Do Research
Was not as described, the weight of the doll was ~90 pounds of dead weight or better so impossible for me to move. Did not get everything in my order, no responses, no instructions, no anything. Totally a disappointment for me and would not recommend any doll and NOTHING from JLD. Do research heavily before buying.

the worst part is the sending process
I wrote a review the other day criticizing that my order was two weeks later and i was lacking tracking information, but i have to say that i have recived it now. From May 2 to June 23 it's been aproximately 3 weeks of being prepared, one week asking if everything was alright (reply can take at least 3 days) and more than 3 weeks of travel, for what i was told because it was holded in customs. I can turn on FedEx notifications, so when last week it said it was recived to the plane to Spain i didn't knew; after all, at that point i wasn't going to look at everytime the app.
when they send me photos, some things didn't look too right and some couldn't be added for some reasons, but over all i though about them as minor flaws. Now that i have recived it, it has all the components I asked for, the texture feels good enough, and labia is better than it looked in photos i think. If anything, it wheights more than i expected, but i haven't checked nor the weight or the height, but i will assume it is alright.
I felt a bit dissapointed when the product got delayed and had no new information about the product. Is it really possible to be retained that much long in customs?

This company just screwed me im panicking I have this extremely heavy doll I cant move it anywhere i had to wiggle the the box inside the doll cant stand I cant use it or even sell it because its to heavy I got sick from it I dont know how it came with marks on it there was nothing that said how heavy this thing is gonna be and I dont know how to get rid of it because I cant hide because I live with others and I cant move the thing its so heavy like I dont even know why they sent it to me like this I cant even send it back because its so big like it moves my whole bed trying to to even put it in a good possession I cant even use it I dont know were this thing came from but I got sick trying to move it i paid for premium delivery and it got delayed for weeks im in a panic because its also to heavy to put in the spot i have for it so I have to cover it with something and leave it in the open somewhere in my room

Everything was perfect, perfect feel, perfect quality! The softness of specific areas is really nice and the body heating is unique. The mobility got better over time and the weight took a bit to get used to but overall I have no issues with the overall product!

Terrible customer service. There are other companies that make these products. Do your research. Please read the reviews and avoid at all costs. They tried their best to keep my money and delay my shipping. I never was so stressed about a company that I had to call a lawyer and reach out to the BBB for potential help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Waste of $3,000 completely.
