The slip-on leather trainers are fantastic and the quality is spot on - however Evri delivered 4 days late not Jones fault but annoying - I think they should change delivery company but will be using Jones again and the sale price was worth the wait.

Lovely sandals
Lovely sandals, good quality. The first pair did not turn up due to the incompetence of Evri. I contacted Jones help desk they were very prompt to reply and a new pair was despatched.

The lady in the shop was just…
The lady in the shop was just amazing... a true example of single handed management of 20 odd customers at one time & being so courteous and efficient to each one... a true example of multitasking... must be rewarded as the employee of the year!! With a big financial reward too... the boy upstairs too was extremely efficient and helpful !!!

Great staff and lovely selection!
The lovely assistant in the Victoria Street store made my shopping experience painless.
I was desperate for a pair of 'emergency' shoes for the theatre that evening and this Jones' shop was conveniently situated near the bus station.
She was so helpful and really put my husband and I in a good mood for the rest of the day!
Great staff are priceless! I hope they're rewarded well.

Size 5 was not a 5
Ordered size 5 court shoe. Tried them on and they were far too large! A whole size too large. This is most definitely an issue with the shoe design. I have never had an issue with ordering size 5 shoes. Tried to request return but this was knocked back as I wore them outside the house. Will not be purchasing from this company again. Shoes were ZETA leather court shoes
