Customer service was great, they pick up the phone right away and they walk you through the technicalities and process.The product arrived ahead of time. The price of the bike was very reasonable compared to the other shops. I will come back again and will recommend this to my friends.

Great Bike, Great Price
I bought my Cannondale Habit 3 from Jenson after a lot of searching online; Jenson had the best price and reputation that I could find. The bike arrived quickly, well packed, and well assembled. I only had to make minor derailleur adjustments which is normal for a full suspension bike.
