I had a very good experience with Jamoona. The ordering process was easy, delivery was on time, and the products were well packed and fresh. I found the selection of groceries really convenient, especially for Indian and Asian items that are not always easy to get locally. Easy to order, clearly mentioned "Best Before Dates" and respective promotions. Good packaging.
Delivery could have been better.I received a 10 kg rice bag torn from both ends and spilled rice in the box. Upon escalation, Jamoona promptly acknowledged the issue and provided a resolution in 2 days. Good service.

I ordered Rice but the return process can be improved
I ordered Rice, and it was clearly below quality.
I requested a return and they keep asking for more pictures of the defect.
The customer service felt less like a online retailer and more like Police.
Update 21.07.2026:
The return was accepted after some time. I think there is a clear room for improvement and hence one star deduction.

Very bad delivery service
I have ordered three times; each time, they didn't deliver to the front of my apartment. I have to pick up from the DHL station. I order 30kg or 40kg because I don't want to pick up my product from the DHL station; that's why I ordered it online. But you guys just misused me; I will not ordered any products in future from you.
