I just want to say that I did have some concerns about Inc Authority because I felt like I was getting the run around but DJ Delaney got what I’ve needed to be done with no problems and in a timely matter! Representative was very kind and patient and helped clarify a lot of questions that I had. When you have no idea what is required the time frames and those little details they are able to answer those questions with ease. They'll give you a contact number for them if you have more questions. You don't have to wait in the queue for a representative you can speak directly to them. And that shows great customer service and it is worth paying for their assistance throughout the year. I have been totally satisfied.Mr. Mike Patrick was a phenomenal representative.
