I have had very good service from Iobit for a long time. I have used ASC Ultimate for years, as well as the Malware Fighter and more. Customer service has been good - I have never had a major virus issue, the price is right on the paid versions, My only complaint is that I wish the PRO versions of driver booster, uninstaller, smart defrag and etc just came as part of the package instead of having to purchase them seperately. However, for the price - it's all okay!
