THIS COMPANY SUCKS!..I BOUGHT A ROBOT FOR MY POOL AND AFTER A WEEK HE WAS BROKEN ,I SENT ALREDY 6 E MAILS THEY EVEN DONT RESPOND YOU! BANDIDS!.
MY LAWYER GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.
I have ordered 3 items from them - snail repelent, 2 vegetable protection tunnel and an extension of these tunnels.. In the first order I received only the snail repellent. After complaint that I did not receive all the items that I already payed for, it took them few days to find out they forgot to include the extension to the vegetable protection tunnel, which they have sent, but I am still missing the 2 tunnels I ordered and they are claiming they have sent them to me. Customer support is really slow and really not helpful. Not to mention the tunnels cost 57 EUR and I guess I since they are claiming they have sent them i guess I can say goodbye to that money.
Unfortunately all I can say about them is, don´t go there!!!

Ordered a wine cooler with 3 days estimated delivery. After two weeks mailed them to ask why no delivery. No response. Tried to cancel the order. No response. Demanded a refund. No response. All you get is an e-ticket and when you check it, it is cancelled without a comment. After another two weeks the cooler arrived, and it was sent after my cancellation.

Continue to ignore all requests for a refund! This is NOT German quality or efficiency! This is THEFT!
We live in England and bought a garden shredder from Hammerkauf in Germany. It didn't work! We had it examined by two electricians. Hammerkauf said they would charge 40 Euros to collect it or we could have it collected from an address in Germany.
We took it back to Germany where it was collected from our parents' house. Hammerkauf then said it worked perfectly. They then said that there was a charge for collection in Germany, a charge to check it, and a charge to return it to us! Or, they would charge us to scrap it! There was never an apology and now they refuse to return it to us! Their only excuse is: they are an agent for the company that produces the shredder (Attika). Terrible service, poor product - essentially they STOLE our money and now have stolen our shredder.
